I placed an order for a Lenovo laptop on September 26, 2024 (Order No. G[protected], with a promised shipping date of September 30, 2024. However, even after multiple follow-ups, Lenovo has failed to ship the product, and there has been no clear communication or update on the status of my order.

• I was initially told to wait 24 hours, then 48 hours, and now I have been asked to wait until Monday (October 7, 2024) with no concrete update.

• Lenovo has cited a stock audit as the cause of the delay, but even after this explanation, no new information has been provided.
• I also escalated the issue to Mr. Rajkumar Yadav, Senior Advisor, Post Sales - Lenovo, and [protected]@lenovo.com, but I’m still without a resolution.
I’m extremely frustrated by the lack of transparency and communication, especially since this is happening even before receiving the product. I request Lenovo to take immediate action and provide me with a shipping update or an alternative solution.
If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate further to consumer protection platforms.
