I am writing to lodge a serious complaint against Lenovo for their appalling customer service and failure to deliver my order. I purchased a laptop, backpack, and mouse from Lenovo, and the expected delivery dates have long passed — by 2 weeks for the accessories and 3 days for the laptop. Despite providing the correct PIN code, my order is being returned to the warehouse.

I contacted Lenovo’s customer support multiple times, and they have been utterly unhelpful. Every time I inquire, they stall by saying the issue will be resolved in "two more days," but nothing has been done. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience dealing with such incompetence and lack of communication.

Additionally, Lenovo has partnered with Blue Dart for delivery, and their service has been terrible. Their delivery agents have been sending fake messages, claiming they attempted delivery when, in fact, they have not. This has resulted in unnecessary delays and cancellation of my order without any legitimate reason.

If this issue is not addressed and resolved immediately, I will be filing an official complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and considering legal action. Lenovo’s reputation is on the line, and I will not hesitate to escalate this further if the matter is not resolved quickly.

I urge Lenovo to take immediate action to deliver my items or refund my money.

    Registered a compliant with Lenovo service center on 2nd August 2024 regarding fan noise issue, we were informed a part of the laptop has to be changed and for which they will arrange engineer to visit my address.
    I have purchased onsite warranty.
    the part has been reached to engineer on 7th August and I was promised the visit within 1 day.

      I am writing to escalate an urgent issue with my laptop, having work order number [protected]. Following a recent service visit by your engineer to replace the screen, the motherboard was damaged, rendering my laptop unusable. Despite multiple communications, this issue remains unresolved.

      The latest update from chat support indicates that the required part is not available in the country and suggested waiting for an indefinite duration. This response is entirely unacceptable. As a customer who has invested in Legion Ultimate Support, I expected a higher level of service and timely resolution.

      Given the critical nature of my work and the extended period of inconvenience caused, I urgently request:

      1. An immediate and actionable plan to either expedite the availability of the part or arrange for a suitable alternative solution.
      2. A clear timeline for when I can expect my laptop to be fully operational.

      Please prioritize this request and provide a resolution as swiftly as possible. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a satisfactory resolution.

      My repair ticket was unexpectedly closed today, with the status showing “Solution Provided.” This status is inaccurate, as neither the display nor the motherboard issue with my laptop has been addressed since the 1st of August.

      When I contacted customer care to resolve this discrepancy, I was put on hold for 30 minutes but ultimately did not receive an update. The customer care representative was unable to provide any immediate information and advised me to wait for an email update.

      Given the critical nature of my work and the extended period of inconvenience, this situation is highly concerning.

      I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the continued lack of resolution to my laptop issue, which has now persisted for 22 days.

      Today, your engineer visited with the required parts, including a new motherboard and display. However, after the work was completed, it was discovered that the initial issue—multiple horizontal lines on the screen—still persists. This clearly indicates that the problem has not been resolved, and my laptop remains unusable.

      This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it is unacceptable that after such a prolonged period, the issue remains unresolved.

        I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue regarding the repair of my Yoga 6-13ALC6 Laptop (Machine Serial Number MP23WNA2), which I purchased along with premium support (Three years warranty) in October 2022.

        The laptop developed a touch issue, where the screen was responding automatically. Upon inspection by your engineer, it was determined that the screen requires replacement. Consequently, I submitted the laptop for repair at your Janakpuri service centre on 11th July 2024.

        Unfortunately, despite assurances, there has been a significant delay in resolving the issue. On 15th July 2024, I was informed that the required part is not available and it would take an additional 15-20 days to complete the repair. As of today, even after one month apporx., the laptop remains unrepaired, significantly impacting my official responsibilities.

        Despite of Several e-mails from my side (screen shots are attached), the issue was not resolved. The lenovo team is keep on informing "the required part is not availble in the country". Further, Now lenovo service team is not responding my queries.

        The prolonged delay in repairing the laptop is not only affecting my personal productivity but is also causing operational challenges for the company.

        Regrettably, the after-sale service provided by Lenovo in this instance has been far from satisfactory. Therefore, I kindly request your immediate attention and help in solving the subject issue and urge you to provide a resolution to this issue.

          I have purchased Yoga Slim 7 Pro in May 2023.
          About 10 days back, my laptop stopped booting and started showing error message. So, I took it to Lenovo Authorised Service Centre in Borivali, Mumbai on 4th July 2024. To my surprise, besides identifying the base problem as SSD malfunction, the service centre informed me about a serious damage to the hinge assembly inside the laptop casing.
          Lenovo has replaced the SSD under warranty on 17 July 2024. However, I had to pay for the damaged parts of the hinge assembly.
          Lenovo Customer service executive said, it's a physical damage either due to external impact, or wear and tear of the parts due to frequent opening and closing of the screen :)
          I have few questions -
          1. How such a big damage can happen internally, without having a single slightest mark on the outer body.
          2. If it is wear and tear due to just opening and closing of the screen, we should NOT use the laptop to avoid such damage? Is the laptop so weak to not able to resist a regular operation? Then I have serious doubts about build quality of this laptop.
          3. If both the above reasons are not being accepted by Lenovo, then the only option remains that this damage is manufacturing defect, or it got damaged when the engineer at Service Center opened it for inspection.

          Whatever is the reason, Lenovo has to investigate this and refund my entire payment which the service centre took from me. This leads me to warn the prospective buyers of Lenovo laptops to be careful while purchasing it.

            I can never get logged in to their online customer service despite hours and hours of efforts, The logging in process is completely baffling, with them providing many, many passwords that I carefully enter in all the right places. My ORIGINAL problem which is the backlight setting to high mode still hasn't been addressed or even responded to. I have a support ticked noted online, but nothing has ever come of it. I really want to operate the computer in the middle of the night when I cannot sleep and it makes me angrier and angrier at Lenovo that I can't operate the backlight to light up the keyboard. The keyboard lights up for a few seconds, including the keys themselves for a few seconds when I first power up.

              My laptop is in warranty with 3 years of ADP but still Lenovo team is not supporting to replace the part or repair for the same. There.

              There is a system power issue in my laptop & it is not getting power on since last two months,

              I've logged complaint with Lenovo support many times & send mails also to their respective team but didn't get solution from there.

              According to him, ADP can't be cover in this year as for once it is used.
              & the same we understood but for other issue like system not getting power on ...Lenovo support team is not responding for this one as well.

                  I have purchased a new laptop from your company which was delivered to me on 09.05.2024. I could not check it because I was out of station for office work.
                  I had checked the laptop on day of my return 17.05.2024, it was defective. I had contacted the local customer care centre. They ask us to contact customer care. I have registered a complaint for a defective laptop. (Repair ticket number [protected]) as on 17.05.2024.

                  After waiting for 10 days customer care inform me that they have NAZI policy that even if we delivered defective laptop, we don’t replace laptop after 7 days of invoice date.
                  Now customer care informs me that they don’t have spare parts in India. Pls tell why your company sell such product in India whose spare parts are not available in India. I am very disappointed by company behaviour for customer.

                  Now 16 days has been passed since registered my complaint and no one bothered.

                  I would appreciate it if you could take immediate action to rectify this situation. I would like a replacement of laptop. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why the laptop malfunctioned so soon after purchase. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

                    The moment when we purchased the tablet, I began experiencing significant issues with its Wi-Fi connectivity. The tablet was unable to connect to some devices, making it difficult for me to use it effectively for my day-to-day tasks. Regarding this, I checked with the service provider of lenovo in jayanagar, but they told me that this issue is because of the jio sim which I put in my device and still it is not rectified. Additionally, Within a month of purchasing the tablet when using the Zoho application, I encountered browsing issues that seem to be related to software malfunctions rather than hardware problems.

                    On[protected], I brought the tablet to your Lenovo store for repairs, and it has been two and half weeks since I submitted it for service. However, I have not received any updates or responses regarding the status of the repairs. This lack of communication and delay in resolving the issues with my tablet have been extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

                    I request immediate attention to my case and a prompt resolution to the problems affecting my Lenovo tablet. I am seeking clarity on the repair process, a timeline for the resolution of the issues, and regular updates regarding the progress of the repairs. Since it has been a long time I have been waiting for the update, So I'm demanding that I don't want the product any more, so kindly request that you initiate my refund. Hence if you are not accepting my demand i have to file a consumer court case against you.So maximum 2 days of time you have to rectify this issue.

                    I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving these issues and providing me with a satisfactory solution. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt and positive response.

                      No response from customer support despite laptop being on warranty

                      Had contacted Lenovo customer care for laptop repair on 28/4/24 with case number [protected].Despite being on premium warranty, I have contacted customer care almost daily to look into this matter as laptop is crucial at my office, yet no response from their end.Just false assurance mail saying my issue will be resolved soon.Repent buying lenovo and am definitely not renewing my warranty with them if they are so callous....

                            I purchased one monitor from lenovo through filpkart. Within the warranty period it stop working. i register the complaints in lenovo helpdesk, They communicated that need to replace the monitor . after there is no communication from them. I mailed multiple mail to them, always getting some system generated mail from them, not a vaid response from them. almost 6 month i am waiting for the replacement for monitor.                                 I refer to a laptop available for sell on Lenovo store online.
                                Look at the photo.

                                The shipping date when I am ordering today 3-Jan-24 is 13-Jun-24 that is five months after order date.

                                Is this a joke? This is ridiculous. I contacted Lenovo support and they informed me that it will take that much time and they can't promise early delivery.
                                I can understand shipping by 13-Jan-24 in about 10 - 15 days but this is unbelievable.
                                Who is going to buy a laptop from Lenovo if this is how they perform?
