I have bought a laptop in online 2 years before. Within an year there was an issue regarding booting, so i raised a complaint and they fix that as a reason back panel issue and i claimed in warrenty.

I purchased Lenovo ideapad 3 core i3 11th Gen Laptop last week.
The delivery service is very poor.
At the same time my product was automatically on without the switch on the laptop.

I bought IdeaCentre AIO 3-24ALC6 (all in one computer) from nehru place in Rs. 56000/- and found that audio jack is not working plus audio was not ok.
I complained on support, they said mother board is to be changed. I said no change my system.

My HDD has stated making noises, I've submitted a ticket #[protected] and the advisor called me saying that I'll have to send them a video of the issue. Since it's just a noise, I sent an audio clip. I placed an order on 23 Feb Order Number - [protected] using an offer of HDFC debit card. I was supposed to receive a Cashback of Rs 5000 in my HDFC account within 30 days which I haven't received yet.
