I purchased a Lenovo AMD Ryzen 7 Octa Core 7730U (16 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) V15 G4 Thin and Light Laptop (15.6 Inch, Iron Grey, 1.65 Kg) from Flipkart through the seller SVPeripherals. After unpacking, I discovered multiple issues with the laptop, including heating problems, fan noise, and disturbances with the display and speakers. I requested a replacement, and a technician from Lenovo was sent to inspect the laptop. The technician confirmed the issues to his manager on a call, but the manager shouted at him, saying that he was new to the job and had a promising career ahead, so he should close the ticket and state that the laptop was working as expected. The technician had no choice but to comply after being warned by his manager. I attempted to speak with the manager, but he refused to talk to me. As a result, I ended up losing 40K for a defective product, which has been a waste of both money and time.
