[Resolved] Lenovo — extended warranty not updated after payment | |||
Adp-btc-066347 Serial number: pf0n5f67 Complain Hi, my name is jayanya saha. I bought a lenovo laptop ideapad 310 on 16/08/2017 on the offer period of 2 year additional warranty at 1499. I have registered my laptop on 20/08/2017 and getting a payment mail on 23/08/2017. And then on next day i. E 24/08/2017 i successfully paid 1499/- through net bank which transaction id is: hash_23114. There after i waited for 5 days, but my warranty not updated. Then i called the customer care [protected]. They told me it required 10 to 15 days for updated. But after 15 days gone and warranty does updated, so i called again and they told me give them 2 days more. Today on the 19th day of successfully payment my laptop warranty does not updated. So again i called the customer care for registered a complain, but does not take any complain, they only take a request, which all ready took on 8/08/2017. I asked them for the requested number, but not provided to me, as they not have any provision for request number. What will i do now? Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 11, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved i got a mail on 11/09/2017 at around 7pm that my laptop warranty is updated? Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
