I have a network problem with my lenovo vibe k5 plus. When i go to service center they tell me for charges for servicing and tell me it's liquid problem in jack. But it's wrong no liquid problem in my phone. The dont want to accept that there is no liquid problem. They tell every second customer same thing. My phone under warranty period and i want to free service....

Its being 4 months i have submitted my phone to service center in akola.
N 1000 times i have visited the center.
Yet no reply from your team.

Its a warning to lenovo.
If not recived my phone in 7 working days i m going to suicide.
You all have mentally harassed me a lot.

Hi, my mobile is under warranty period but as its microphone was not working i went to service centre in okhla, new delhi. There was a lady who said that charging jack is not working and it has to be replaced so we have to pay 2200 rs. I don't understand if charging is going properly and microphone is not working then why she said like this and although it's in warranty period so for microphone problem nothing should be charged. I have facing a issue in ideapad 320 laptop purchased recently from amazon. Touchpad was not working after installing windows os 10 pro. Os installed on 21.08.17. And i encountered the problem the very same day till today 24.08.17. And i literally wasted my time hoping for replacement of touched within 2 days. I had buy lenovo k6 note device within 3 months i found motherboard issue,
I had submitted my phone in service center they took almost 20 days for replacement of motherboard (Over tat timelines), after that i got my phone, within 15 days again i found same motherboard issue in my device, again i visited in customer service center i demand new cell, they said no will provide new motherboard i said ok, then now i am suffering from worst...

So i unable to understand how much it will more take to get the payment link. I am much concern that whether i am getting the offer or not. It is very poor service from lenovo and very disappointing. Recently i have bought new phone lenovo p2 on 5 th of august from flipcart. Yesterday suddenly my display of the screen got black and didn't responding when i took it to service center they ask me for rs 10000 to repair it. After the rejection of my phone call the phone switches off every time. A and i also contacted to the service centre but they also failed to repair my phone. I had purchased lenovo — moto e4 on 15th august from offline market. Since its a 4g volte supported phone, i had inserted jio sim card in slot 1.
