I have handed over my phone to lenovo service center (Soin[protected]) on 05.07.2017 with an issue that charging socket is not working/broken. After 1 month they called me and told the that the motherboard is gone because of some liquid went inside (Don't know how).
When i went to collect it, they were returning me the phone with crushed display and in a very poor condition. After arguing with them, they accepted that this is their fault and will return my phone in working condition.
I have complained this via email to lenovo customer care support and service desk but they also washed their hands by saying please get in contact with 'service center team'.
Now it's a month again and i have not received anything from them. This is a cheating that lenovo's staff have done. They have broken down my phone and somehow liquid has gone inside and now they are trying to wash their hands off.

I dropped my phone at Ur Srinagar service center, having Mick problem, was in warranty, , and received phone after 18 days, , but my phone has still Mick problem, , unable to listen voice when I call someone, , , please help
I bought this Mobile at may'17 . Now I felt uncomfort for using this Mobile. Because this Mobile is always in heating condition. So that battery is also reduced quickly. When I keep this Mobile in my pocket that time also got heating. I'm really unhappy to use this Mobile. And also this Mobile overheating while charging. Battery is not effective.

    I have purchase lenovo k4 note in may 2016, now from last one month some bluer lines are displayed on my screen near upper and lower screen edge, i want to resolve this problem by any how as this production defect and in production defect there is no warranty beerier i have to face, please resolve this with in 7 days as problem of that line are increases as day by day.

      I submit my mobile lenovo vibe k5 note in a service centre maa saraswati. I submitted on 7-9-17, it was free of any scratch. It had battery drainage and contacts hanging problem. They neither gave me any receipt or any acknowledgement for mobile receiving. I have doubt they replaced all original part with duplicate part and handover set after make scratch mark on it after 2 days on 9-9-17 and opened job card of different problem and told it has scratch on outside. The scratch was done by them. They used filthy language with me mr nitish and his co-workers which is not acceptable. I think that i did mistake to purchase rubbish company product and wasted my rs 13500. I will never buy any lenovo product and i tell each everyone don't buy any lenovo product. Service is zero and their service centre do fraud with customers by keeping 2days mobile without giving any acknowledgement or receipt. Maa saraswati computers gandhi nagar jammu is a fraud service centre in jammu. Lenovo is a rubbish company. Motorola is also lenovo part don't buy it. My mobile no [protected], jammu

      They took mobile on 7-9-17 and returned on 9-9-17. He opened a job card on 9-9-17 of different issue and returned it to me by making fool. CCTV camera is installed their u can check when I handover my mobile. Now my mobile is hanging, heating and calling problem facing.

      Phone is in warranty but service centre ask me 12000 rs for make it.

        Hi, i have purchased lenovo power k6 mobile in jun 2017 through flipkart, due to lots of issues
        Had to replace it but again there were problems in replacement mobile and i had visited mobi quest
        Center kukatpally where they have changed motherboard of my newly purchased mobile then it worked fine but now
        Again new problem is there - 'earphones are not working', whenever we want to listen to songs or
        Anything through internet etc, earphones are not working. Neither lenovo earphone nor other
        Earphone is working.

        Please assist asap as i have been bearing this lenovo product with lots of problems.

        As I am able to see status of my registered complaint for Lenovo product as - resolved, I want to know how to get confirmation of this.

        I didn't get any call or assistance from mobi quest kukatpally center regarding the problem I have mentioned in complaint.

        Please clarify what are all the actions are being taken to resolve the issue - 'earphones are not working', whenever we want to listen to songs.
        I got HW01 fitness band and after 3 months itself it not not working properly . It is giving wrong pulse rate due to which calorie burn and activity management is also giving wrong data. Earlier it used to give approx. exact information and now it is giving wrong pulse data

          For the same problem, in 9 months.

          It’s my 2nd time that i had to get my mobile handset (Lenovo vibe k5 note) for repair in service center.

          On last month (23rd august 2017), i have submitted my handset for service, but still, handset is waiting for repairing.

          Kindly do needful, so i can use my handset.

            I had purchased a lenovo laptop model number g50 from techno city (A wing of great eastern gorup) in kolkata on october 20, 2016.in the initial days the lapop was working fine. But since june this year, keyborad problems started cropping up in my computer every now and then. Sometimes the capslock button refuses to work, at some other times its the numlock or the ctrl key, the alt key and so on and so forth. Even the different alpahbet keys simply stop working at times.

            I had visited the lenovo service center sometime back at e-mall kokata to report the problem. Since my laptop is still within the waranty period so i asked them to solve my keyboard problem by changing it. They inspected the laptop and while doing so, they themselves somehow tampered the f3 key, and quite surprisingly they started claiming that i had brought in my laptop by tampering the key myself! I was taken aback! The entire thing happened in front me, but the techies are completely denying it. I know that my laptop was in perfect good condition, but they are trying to put the blame on me just to avoid changing the keyboard at free of cost! If that's it, then why do lenovo make false commitments to customers to serve them within the warranty period! The type of support and service i'm receiving from lenovo people are disheartening.

            As an end customer i would earnestly request you to look into the matter and guide me what needs to be done.

              I have purchase lenovo k6power 4month ago.. After using few month i have face many problems in this handset.. Some times it's display automatically work and also vibrate and power off /on button not working for that problems i cannot switch off the mobile and the touch not working.. And handset is hanging continuously.. I was call lenovo customer care they have suggested to update the handset in android 7.0nougate. I had do this but i face same issue.. And in safe mood the handset is hanging. I have done everything like safe mood, reset and hard reset but same problems it arise. So plz suggested me what could i do for this???

                I have purchased moto e4 plus. It's touch and finger print sensor is not working properly. It is just one month old. It's frustating me.in just normal usuage it is giving so much problem.in so much competion era of technology, still this type of product is made. It's my hard earned rs 10, 000 /- which was totally wasted.
                Camera quality is very bad. There are so many small issue. But in just normal usuage, within a month if touch is giving problem then it means quality is very bad.
                So, it's a suggestion to improve in these particular area. Phone mainly focus on battery, so it means it is for durability but i didn't think it will last long. This type of phone will be complete waste after 8-9 month.

                Is there is any way so that my problem may be solved?

                  Emei/sl. No. 8078y[protected] had booting problem.
                  I approached authorised service centre on 21.8.2017 to
                  Multip0le power systems, sree gokulam towers, no 306, 100 feet road, 7th street corner, gandhipuram, coimbatore 641012. They rectified duly formatted. After 2 days i got the same problem. The service centre people said, it has some software problem which will cost 70% of the original cost.

                  Mean time i purhased one more mobile p2 model.
                  Now i afraid of this mobile also that what should i do if it get such irreparable problem. Within 2 years.

                    I am rekha agrawal from bhopal, i have lenovo k4 note buy on 22 january 2017 online from amazon.in this not even completed a year. My mobile was dropped into water so i gave it to the service center. They repair it for first time but it is not working, it was getting hang and bluetooth, wifi network, sim network, volume button not working properly, the volume is slow now, the brightness is also affected and many problems, the screen get blur again and again in 1 or 2 seconds. Whenever i switch off it and when i on it this message is always there - (Process system is not working - wait or ok) but if i go for any option it again get hang for 5 to 10 minutes. I am not getting that how they have repaired it. Then again i want to the service center they were saying it will be ok after getting it update so i gave it to them now it is not even getting start from 5 days the service center peoples are not listened to me on the second time when i went there.in starting also they have not checked it properly only said that their is a problem in mother board and get it repair so i get it repaired then also it is not working. I am sending you the videos of my phone and the bill of the service center of 1st time so that you can easily get the problem. So can you help me in solving my problem.

                      I bought lenovo k4 note in last year, it is out of warranty now, but i must tell you one thing lenovo k4 note having internal problems in mobile after completing one year and mobile got out of warrantied then problems came in mobile. I was facing display issue since 3 months. But yesterday my mobile got stuck, not able to see anything on screen, screen is just flickering. Lenovo company need to give an answer for this issue. Lenovo mobiles having hardware failure issue.

                      I was invested 12000rs in mobile and mobile just work for 1 year, this is ridiculous i wanted to lenovo company should and must give an answer in the consumer court.

                          Sir, i bought my lenovo zuk z1 from amazon (Imei no. [protected]) on 10th of september 2016 which was delivered on 14th september 2016. After 2 weeks i faced a problem in which front camera was not working and took almost 3 months to get repaired in a servicing centre of manipur. When i got my fon back i faced a problem of heating and battery got drained in few hours only after charging it for 100%. Then again i submitted my phone to care centre of manipur on 11th may 2017. Till now i haven't received my phone. I have been calling to the toll free no.[protected] regularly and the executives do tell me that i will receive a call from mr. Abdullah. But he nevers call me. He did called me sometime telling that i ll be getting my phone on some dates which have already been passed. I was about to get a new phone from their company but now they are saying they cant. Then for what i wasted my time (4 months) for??
                          Please help me dont know what to do or not. Not a rich guy that i can afford a new phone.

                            My lenovo p2 got wet during rains, it was just 2 months old. I wisited authorised lenovo/motorola service centre in hyderabad. They told me that display was damaged due to water and needs replacement. I understand that water damage was not covered in warranty, so i checked for price of display and i was should to know that it would cost 8500inr. How can a phone selling for 12k inr, has it display costing 8.5k. It's around 70% of phone cost. Does lenovo deliberately forcing us to buy a new one and making repairs unaffordable. This is disgusting lenovo, i never expected such cheap strategy from a global mnc brand like you. Probably it make sense when they say buy local brands, at least we can get them repaired. Hope some sense prevels to you and some one looks into long term brand value and sustainability than cheap quick profit strategy at lenovo.

I want to claim my warranty for that I had gone to mobile service center in vizag 3 times in a month due to the problem. But the problem is not rectified yet.                               My name is dinesh. G. I've bought lenovo laptop (Ip500151sk) in dotcom stores, vadapalani branch with 6 months emi scheme.. For the past four months, i'm severely suffering with my lenovo laptop. Reached both service center teams and online assistance but no resolution till now.. The slow process problem still continues and also the battery is very poor performance only withstands for only 15 to 20 minutes from the full charged (100%).

                              25-07.2016 - refused for replacement and mother board replaced. Due to system hang while working on 3dsmax software.

                              26.04.2017 - refused for replacement and hard disk replaced. (Wipro service team, velacherry)
                              After replacing the hard drive system behaved to hang with windows explorer for basic browsing, watching videos etc...

                              In b/w time from the purchasing date till 23.6.2017 called multiple times to lenovo toll free and got online assistance from lenovo technical support by reinstalling windows, testing hardware scan, driver update, etc.. But no resolution for my problem.

                              But no response from the team. Then i've called and remembered to them for sharing the analysis report.

                              They denied for system replacement and ordered original operating system for windows.

So, i requested him to send a mail containing an brief deetail about the instances happen to me but till now i didnt receive the mail copy.

                              (Email:[protected]@lenovo.com) contacted me and spoke more than 45 mins and he too neglected replacement without proper response to thier side mistakes and poor support from authorised service center. And i told him that now, the system battery status is very poor and it drains within 15 - 20mins from (0-100%).
                              With respect to this, he has arranged an remote support from their side and took log reports. The technical representative approved to forward the system condition as per on remote time. But he shared the report as that the laptop is working fine with no issues in the battery..

                              Finally, for now they ask again to reinstall the os and to monitor the system again from the beginning.

                              They have extended the case solving time and finished my warranty period and also no proper response for my side questions.. And trying to finish off the case.

                              30.08.2017 - to request help from the owner. I've forwarded all these instances, mail attachments, conversations, to the seller.. Unfortunately no reply from him also.

                                Hi team,

                                With this email i would like to highlight a matter regarding my lenovo k5 vibe note which i purchased last year in the month of september. Somehow the touch screen of the cellphone is not working and i went to the below mentioned lenovo service center.

                                To my surprise they told me that the cellphone can't be covered under the warranty because it has been physically damaged. Do you know hat they are considering as physical damage? The edges of the one side of the cellphone has became white because of the the back cover of glass which has been provided with the cellphone. I never asked for that glass cover. It was already present in the box so how can its usage be treated as physical damage.

                                  I was using lte service in my mobile and had given my lenovo a7010a48 (White) mobile in the new tech. Auth. Lenovo service centre in patna on 16/08/2017 for converting it from lte to volte with all other features in well to do conditions. For that they told me that i would be charged rs. 240 and they asked me to come on 17/08/2017 evening to receive my phone. But when i went for the same my phone was unable to read any sim as it had been working earlier. When i complain to them first they told me that phone motherboard was damaged and i have to pay rs.7000 for this. And i refused to receive my phone as my phone was in well to do condition before submitting it to the service centre. I had not received my phone and it is with them. I wanted my phone as it was earlier. Please help me. Thank you.

                                    I purchased lenovo k6 note just 2months back.. After using it for somtime there was an issue i. E when i make a call other person cannot hear my voice.. And when i called customer support.. They said software need to be updated and has to be given to service centre.. After updating software there is same issue.. Now they are saying board has to be replaced and it will take 10 days.. But i am writing this because i want replacement

                                      I would like to bring this to your notice and need your help for replacing my lenovo zuk z2 plus mobile,

                                      I have purchased lenovo zuk z2 plus 2 months ago and recently faced speaker issues, walked in to lenovo service centre located at hyderabad "satyam electronics" they have checked mobile and asked to submit the same for repairing, i have done as suggested by your service centre, after 3 days i have received an sms from lenovo stating that my mobile has been repaired and ready to collected.

                                      I have visited service centre and taken mobile, immediately i have noticed that problem not resolved and still exists, immediately reported them, they have checked the mobile and and confirmed that mother board found defective,

                                      So here i have noticed that ticket has been wrongly closed without even checking whether problem resolved or not.

                                      I am deeply dissappointed as just 2 months old mobile mother board as been failed, this might be defecitive device from customer point of view, as mother board is the heart of the device.

                                      After 4 days contacted service centre and they have confirmed that mother board has been replaced and asked me to visit serivce centre and collect the same.

                                      Again visited service centre and collected the mobile, this time speaker issue has been resolved, so i have signed the papers and collected the device. Although i have not satisfied as just 2 months old device is being opened and repaired as the new feel is no longer present, i was feeling like i was using an old mobile.

                                      Once reaching home, charged the device fully and performed factory reset and inserted my sim, received android nougat update, immediately downloaded and installed same, after usiung for 3 hours my battery has complete discharged.

                                      Here comes the new problem... Battery drain...!!!

                                      I have noticed, before i was getting 4.5 hours to 5 hours of screen on time, now getting hardly about 3 hours.
                                      With same sim cards and same applications getting about 2 hours less is huge...!!

                                      Poor signal reception sometimes. Call is being dropped while on volte.

                                      Look lenovo, i am deeply dissatisfied with the product, i strongly request to kindly arrange for replacement of mobile'
                                      Or
                                      Arrange for refund.

                                      Have sent dm but reply not received.

                                      Your service centre is the worst i have ever seen but i dont care because i am not gonna visit it again.

                                      Hope you will resolve my concern by arranging replacement or refund.

                                      If you people dosent care will meet you guys at consumer court.

                                      I received Lenovo k3 note mobile Friday on 25.8.17.its look like old and more scratches on the battery and screen and also not having the headset and manual book and do the needful.

                                        I have bought lenovo p2 on 4th of june 2017. After just 1 month fine cracks have appeared all over the screen from nowhere. The worst part is it didn't happen due to any accident or falling off of my phone.
                                        When i went to service centre in okhla, new delhi they demand me rs.10000 for its repair. The phone price was 15000. I mean its foolish to spend approx 70% of your phone price just for the screen. Though the touch is working i neglect to repair it.
                                        Again after 1 month (31st sept 2017) the display blackedout. The phone is not dead. I can hear when someone calls or message me, i can hear all the notification coming but the screen got black and touch is not working.

                                        Now today (1st aug 2017) i went to service centre at bangla sahib, shaheed bhagat singh road near cannaught place. They charged me rs. 7000 approx. They said to get it fixed after 7days.
                                        Let's see how it goes after 7days.
