I have ordered a laptop and order number is #[protected] from https://lenovo.com/in on 7th may 2020 but had no update till 25th may 2020 on order status. After 2-3 emails got a reply as a product will take more than 4 weeks, before placing the order i had chat with sales executive on lenovo.com/in at that time sales executive committed to delivering in 4 weeks. After a few of my emails, i got a reply that lenovo will provide 3% cashback, then i have requested for order cancellation even pull to alexfu the director of lenovo but i didn't get a reply then i have twitted to lenovo india and got a response that will look into it, next day i got another email in which lenovo mentioned they will give 5% cashback, as per communication with lenovo executive mr bhagyesh laptop is not yet dispatched and possibly it will dispatch from china after 20 june, so i have requested to cancel the order but no one is responding for order cancellation. On 12th june got an email as a request for order cancellation is forwarded and will initiate a refund in 48 hrs, but when i requested for status on 16th i got a reply as cto for an order is 20.06.2020, i have already paid my 2 emi, even rahul agarwal is not responding at twitter. As per terms and condition mentioned in lenovo.com if order not shipped can be cancelled but still, lenovo is not cancelling the order, this is completely cheating and metally harassment by lenovo and following are people are responsible for this all cause
