Lenovo — Grievance against your service regarding repair of lenovo laptop

This is to state that we are highly unsatisfied with your service regarding the repair of our lenovo laptop (Serial no pf2dle6t). Please refer to the scanned copy of the service call report as attached with this form for complete detail.

The issue is from the very second day, within 1.5 hours the laptop became switched off. It is clear that the battery backup is ridiculously low. When we addressed the issue to the service center (Please find their details in the attached document), the lady from the service center called us and informed us that they noticed only a drop of 20% in charge within 2 hours, but in actual practice this was not the issue. The issue is much more crucial and needs your attention. When the laptop was delivered to us on 19th september, 2020 after the repair (They said they repaired it and took actions against it), our authorized person who carried the laptop to the service center, started checking if the issue is actually resolved. To his utter surprise, he found nothing had been fixed. He waited there and started working on the laptop (The laptop loaded super slow first of all) and within 15 minutes there was a rapid drop of more than 15% charge. We reported back the issue immediately to the concerned person present in the reception but he fully non-cooperated with us and said that the issue had been completely fixed and there was no such issue as such.

Please revert back to us in the following phone number of the contact person given below in bold with immediate action to resolve the issue. We have suffered a lot and can't suffer anymore. We wasted our valuable time to get down to the service center on 19th sept, 2020 and found that the issue is completely unfixed and not at all resolved. We are highly unhappy with your service. We are expecting a very quick reply from your end in accordance with the addresal of the issue.
