Lenovo India Pvt. Ltd. — A7000 Mobile Defective microphone not replaced reference.[protected]

I had purchased dual SIM A7000 thru Flipkart on 22-4-15 vide their invoice no. BLR_WFLD[protected], IMEI no.[protected] & [protected], which is attached for your perusal. Within 2 and half months problem starts. PROBLEM IS OPPOSITE PERSON CAN’T HEAR MY VOICE I.E. MICROPHONE IS DEFECTIVE. On 14-8-15, I had given my phone to Lenovo customer service centre, M/s. Allied Services, Dadar. They had done some soldering work and given me back. After 10 days, same microphone problem starts i.e. opposite person can’t hear my voice. Also, complained to Lenevo India P. Ltd. vide their reference no.[protected] dt.26-8-15. On 5th Sept, I have given phone to Allied Services for replacement of microphone vide their service record no.SRB2X[protected] dt.5-9-15, which is attached for your perusal. They told since they don’t have new microphone part, it will takes 10-12 days for replacement. Since I don’t have extra mobile phone, I had taken back my phone from Allied Services on 8-9-15 and told them as soon as they receive new microphone from Lenevo India, I will give back my phone for replacing defective microphone. Till 24-9-15, Allied Services did not receive A7000 microphone from Lenevo india (confirmed with Kavita of Allied Services). It seems Lenovo India don’t have new microphones.
