Lenovo — Lenovo k3 note getting heat during charging and touch screen not respond.

I was purchased Lenovo K3 Note by Flipkart on 9th Oct-2015 order No OD[protected].
Problems are below:
1. During Charging of get heating and some time charging time take more and more.
2. Touch Screen not respond as usual.. It is give very problem...
