Lenovo — lenovo k8 note problem after updating in 8.0 android | |||||
Dear sir/ mam My purchase date of mobile is 19 march 2018 after one month my mobile phone is updated into 8.0 android version, after that i am facing so much heating problem and battery are low time to time they not work properly as before. My phone is heating so much and battery are not give me backup more than 10 hrs but firstly when i purchase it gives me 2 days battery backup and there are not heating problem but after updating i have facing so many problems, i also showed my phone to lenovo service centre haldwani nainital utarakhand but they told me that in lenovo k8 note phone after updating problems are comes and they informed me that service centre mailed to there head office for resolving this and in service centre the lenovo k8 note phones are come is a large quantity for facing same problems. Yes he is right after updating software to 8.0 i am also facing alot of problem in my lenovo K8 note smart phone. Some problems are:-
1) Heating issue i ideal condition also temperature to 43 degree Celsius.
2) Battery drain issue
3) Screen becomes black from corner.
I really feel i have taken the worst decision to buy Lenovo smart phone. Really lenovo are pathetic. I m trying customer care number last 7 days but till yet my call did not connected to customer care. Really i am feeling helpless.
Sharing some of temperature issue pics.
