Lenovo — Lenovo p2 display issue | |||
Dear commissioner sir I would like to bring it your notice that, lenovo is cheating me after purchasing their mobile lenovo p2 I bought this phone 3 months back and display got issue and it has been 3 weeks that they have not serviced the phone and not giving estimated resolution date / timelines this is a company provided cell phone and impacting out business Even after so many escalations this company is not even bothered to hear out our concern and resolve our issues and hence writing to you take sever action agaist such worst brandes we have in this market control them not to sale such products which do not have spare parts and putting customer in trouble Looking forward to your stingent action against these cheaters and money looters in the market by filing a complaint, please let me know if you need any more information from me Regs Guru From: murthy, guru Sent: thursday, june 15, 2017 3:10 pm To: 'services_ed' ; 'advance resolution team' Subject: re: worst service from lenovo Any care to your customer?
