Lenovo — lenovo power bank MP3006s issue

I purchased a power bank from flipkart . After one week it was not going to work properly and after few days i went to service center of lenovo to repair it but they refused to repair . I paid 600 rs. to flipkart to buy this product of lenovo . I'm a poor man and haven't more money to repair it and to purchase another power bank . The blue light which you can see in below picture that is not goes off if we once charge it .Please help me to justice with my earned money . Please ...
