Lenovo — Lenovo service center didn't resolve my laptop's issue during the warranty period

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have just collected by laptop back yesterday from the service center in Marol, Andheri (East) with my issue being unresolved. My warranty ended in August and I had given my laptop before the warranty ended but the laptop gave me the same issue a month later when my warranty had lapsed and I had informed the service center regarding the same. I was facing this issue since a few months before the warranty ended.Due to me being out of station and needing to fulfill certain obligations I couldn't give them the laptop back immediately the second time but I had called them up and informed them about it immediately. After the first service, they had said they replaced the camera which probably was freezing the entire system. I've never seen a service where a repair has taken place with so much lack of sureity. I gave my laptop again in October. It's been more than 3 weeks and they told me they were inspecting each and every part of the device and so they can't tell me the expected time it could take to repair it completely. My laptop had a problem of freezing at any given moment initially and the same problem came a month later. I believe they didn't diagnose and solve the problem in the first time I gave it to them during warranty. This time they are telling me that there are quite a lot of things that seem to have been broken in the laptop like wifi chip, display etc which I never had a problem with earlier. In a period of one month there can not be so many things that can go wrong with a laptop and your laptop giving the same problem again. Lenovo being such a big and reputed company, I didn't expect this level of customer service. Even after contacting with customer care over phone multiple times my case hasn't been resolved yet and always been pushed. During this entire time my productivity has been hampered. I had to manage my work on a really old laptop. With the laptop I've given for service I've lost a lot of my unsaved work, tests, calls etc. The people working at your service center are now telling me that I told them about a bunch of problems when in reality I just told them that my laptop has given me the same problem it gave initially.

Please look into this matter at the earliest. I do expect a free service or a replacement for my laptop. I do believe that my laptop had some manufacturing defect due to which it is giving me this problem. t If my case isn't resolved I wouldn't recommend a Lenovo laptop to anyone and Lenovo would surely loose a customer for life time. I hope you'll would resolve this matter and inform me about the same. I have trust in Lenovo.
