On 7th Oct placed a order in Amazon for Lenovo Tab M10 FHD Plus Tablet with Invoice number FBLI-115806, IMEI Number of the product is [protected] and same was delivered on 8th Oct. We unboxed it on 10th Oct and it was working fine for next 3 days and due to Dussehra vacation, schools were off and we didn't use it for next few days. When we tried to use it on 16th Oct it was not getting on.

I checked with amazon and been told that return period is expired and need to check with Lenovo Support for service. Tried and contacted Lenovo technical support and was shared 2 authorised service centre details. The authorised service centre KRK solutions is more than 20kms from my place and travelled all the way and gave tab on 17th Oct.

After 2 days when i called and checked with Authorised service centre i was told there is a motherboard issue and same needs to be replaced and job service request is raised on same and will be providing tab in next 2-3 days. After 2-3 days i called and checked but been told that the part received from lenovo is also a defective one. From that day Continuously trying to get in touch with lenovo service centre and with authorised service centre but the service is pathetic and they are least responsible to update.

I had invested in the so called Lenovo brand for my son's online classes. Really frustrated and tired of all this. I had co-ordinated with Mr. Mahesh Chandra of lenovo service on [protected]@lenovo.com but he is really poor in serving. Its been month and my son is suffering because of their poor quality product.

My question to the Lenovo is- Will there be no Quality check done on products, i understand it is a electronic product and there might be such issues and in such case there shouldn't be a quick response as its a defective product shouldn't it be replaced.

I am sick and tired of this and lost complete Trust. I just don't need a repaired product for my hard earned money. Please provide me refund of the same.

    I bought Lenovo legion 5 and it was delivered to me on 10 Oct 21. Just after few days o[censored]se, a blue screen with error used to come multiple times which leads to laptop restart automatically. For the same reason I contacted Lenovo premium care on 31 Oct & a guy named "Ahmed Raza Khan [protected]@lenovo.com" picked the call and I explained him about blue screen, error & laptop getting restart. In order to resolve he took remote access for my laptop & I helped him for the same.

    He started updating drivers from the Lenovo website. Later he started BIOS update. I am not sure what the hell he did, but just after when BIOS update was installed & bar showed 100% completed, laptop screen went dead. From that moment keypad light, power light everything is working but still there is no response on the laptop screen. So in order to hide his mistake he created a ticket & said that a technician will visit at home & he disconnected the call so fast. Means it only took a minute or two & he created the ticket and disconnected the call. Means what the hell is this? Is this what Lenovo service & behaviour is all about?

    So again I tried calling & some new guy picked, I stated whole issue from starting and told that how one guy picked earlier & did all this nonsense. So the current support guy asked me to do few steps and after that he concluded that screen is dead and needs a screen replacement, for that he updated the existing ticket and said that we will send the required parts as soon as possible & technician will visit with those parts for repair. Technician came with new parts and started the screen replacement but even after screen replacement nothing changed. Technician said that may be there is some motherboard issue or something. So he told me that he is gonna ask for motherboard from the store & will then come again for changing it.

    So my question to Lenovo is this, that a laptop I haven't used for even 10-15 days had this much issue, still I didn't took any serious action I contacted Lenovo support & did everything that I could have done. But as I behaved so well, your support guy really made my new laptop which isn't even a month old look like a hell. Currently this laptop which cost approximately 70K is a piece of ###. Even after screen replacement nothing is changed.

    So in real World no one will even allow Laptop part replacement which is just few days old. Still I behaved so well & agreed for parts replacement. So how mANY TIMEs should I agree for parts replacement. I didn't pay this much huge amount for all this. I am asking and suggesting Lenovo team to replace my laptop but they are just giving useless excuse & denying the replacement process. I didn't buy this costly laptop so that they will keep on changing each & every parts forever.

    I just hope that someone can help me with this issue. As I didn't took Laptop so that I can agree for parts replacement for whole my life.

      I ordered a Lenovo's laptop from amazon on 1st march 2021 and got a defective laptop's charger cable then replaced it and I got an another laptop. i was using the laptop but after some months keys of the laptop weren't working then i went to Lenovo's service center they said your keyboard had changed and they gave a quote of rupees 19, 870on 6th august 2021 . and it was 10 times higher cost .at that time i gave the laptop after inspection they said your laptops motherboard got short-circuit . how it was possible while i gave on working condition . at last they said if you want to repair it you have to spend around rupees 40, 000 - 50, 000 . then i denied to repair that laptop now i want to to refund my laptop's price

        Cashback not received yet

        I placed an order on 4 october 2021 Order Number - [protected] using an offer of HDFC debit card. I was supposed to receive a Cashback of Rs 5000 in my HDFC account within 30 days which I haven't received yet.

        even not received any message about cashback....

        My keyboard keys isn't functioning properly. Since the legion laptop is in warranty, am supposed to get free on site repair. However they are denying on the ground that the touchpad has some distortion in the picture which is baseless.

            It’s toll free number of Lenovo idea products.
            Every time i call on this number it says please call between 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday.

            But i am doing it right still I don’t get any answer
            Whenever you go for purchase something everyone will helps you but whenever you want service for whatever you paid for you can’t get service for it
            Lenovo have worst service provider till now for me.

                I've been trying to contact lenovo but all my attempts turned futile. They have not given a good product. My laptop is within warranty period, but it works slow, processing happens with delay, page gets stuck up, etc.

                  I have recently purchased lenovo Ideapad s340, and just in first few weeks of purchasing it, i started facing issue with my battery, it would shut down at 45% battery and would start charging from 0%, i filed a complaint and my battery was replaced, but still the issue was not solved. my laptop has more issues not just battery. The speaker is faulty too, the sound comingfrom the speaker is not clear and break's in between.I received a faulty piece while purchasing the laptop.i want a replacement or a full refund.

                    Concern which I am facing from the day one in my Laptop. I am attaching the Invoice and RO copy for your reference.
                    Since last one month Laptop is under repair but no resolution yet. I am following regularly with service station but they are unable to resolve the problem.
                    I am very much glad to have such excellent branded Laptop and the commitment which is mentioned on the social media that Smarter technology leads to smarter work and better results but the problem which I am facing since long time it is proving that the quality of product is very cheap.
                    Due to the un-availability of Laptop I am unable to carry my important work and facing losses in my routine.

                      Laptop was purchased on Feb 04, 2020. As per above INC, the resolution was not provided yet. Later exactly an year after when the warranty period over, agent was gathered the proofs and invoice, he said that warranty was over.

                      I have created the complaint during the warranty period. I am unsure that, Whether Lenovo has 1 yr of SLA in customer service to only pick single case up and to send Initial Response to customer.

                        I got a legion y540 and it had some structural defect the charging port is giving issues and now because my one year warranty ended .
                        I have to replace whole motherboard instead of replacing a charging port as people in service center say that they are not allowed to tamper with the motherboard .

                        ₹1.14 lakh is a lot of amount for me and it took two years of my savings to be finally be able to get a gaming laptop . I hoped that it would work for atleast 5-6 yrs .

                        All my hopes and trust were shattered . I always thought lenovo was the company which made durable hardware but when I saw videos of people on YouTube and read about the same issue in community forum I got to know that lenovo made some mistake in design or maybe some circuits

                        Nevertheless customers like me have to pay high just due to this wrong port.

                            Bought this at Best Buy Sept 29th last year. C740/15IML
                            Had to get the geek squad 3 times ! We just brought it in 10/14 for repair at Best Buy and we’re told they can’t fix it contact Lenovo ( the warranty expired 15 days before this!) $1168:74 we paid for it.
                            We called they told us to renew our warranty then they could help us so we did! They told us it wouldn’t show up un their system for 24 to 48 hours and to call back. We just did. they told us there is nothing they can do, it’s not covered in the warranty. They keep telling us to go to Best Buy
                            Can’t understand language barriers! So frustrating we have spent afternoon dealing with their horrible customer service. I am not keeping quiet about This The internet can be a wonderful tool!

                                  Was unable to import pictures due to software not working. Called technical support and problem was not resolved. I was charged $99 dollars for a problem that was fixed.

                                    Since last one month Laptop is under repair but no resolution yet. I am following regularly with your service station but they are unable to resolve the problem.
                                    I am very much glad to have such excellent renowned but the problem which I am facing since long time it is proving that the quality of product is very cheap.
                                    Due to the un-availability of Laptop I am unable to carry my important work and facing losses in my routine.
                                    You can understand in todays era how the Laptop is important but your service station is doing trial and error with my new Laptop.

                                    Its my humble request to replace the Laptop with new as I am very much frusted from the trial & error since one month.

                                      Hi,

                                      A month ago I bought legiion 5 pro for 1.25 lakh. Last week my space bar key was not working so raised a ticket ( [protected] ) . The serice guy (his number : [protected]) came who did not know anything about my laptop, he told he haven't worked on this laptop . He aggresively opened the laptop and mishandled the laptop and now screwed up the laptop fully . Luckily I recorded video hidden with my phone I have uploaded all the videos in the drive .                                       Now there is more problem and he ran away . The following are the problems araised after he serviced.

                                      5 screws are not fixed he gave it in my hand.

                                      Right USB and camera block switch not working

                                      black vent is unfixed

                                      fingerprint and dusty on service aftermath .

                                      no manufacturer sticker (Ryzen, nvidia)

                                      Black light bleed on left top of screen

                                      No 165Hz support after service

                                      Type-C DP port on back panel is loose

                                      Regarding vent in picture you can see the left vent is fine and right vent near lenovo symbol there is bulge . In other picture I have took the zoom shot which show a unclamped plastic .

                                      About the black light bleed, when screen is black you can see some white patches on screen on left top .

                                      noticed about the CPU temperature, It's really getting hot due to the uneven thermal paste which he applied and removed the component as he missed a screw below the component (Components should not be removed once the thermal paste is applied )

                                      Now support executives are not responding and now 1.25 lakh is at stake.
