[Resolved] Lenovo — lenovo vibe x3/battery is not working and spare battery is not available | |||
Hello, I purchased lenovo vibe x3 from amazon on june 26, 2016. My complaint is "battery is not working and battery for this model is not available". I visited authorized lenovo service center in bangalore located at kkr solutions-bbg, #95/2, acr greens, 2nd floor, outer ring road, marathahalli, bangalore - 56003. And they placed order for battery. They said they will get back to me once they received battery from lenovo but i never received a call from them. I was following up with them every week and their answer is stock is not available with lenovo and they're trying their best to get the spare from lenovo. Finally they are not assuring that they will get battery. My consumer complaint code with service center is "c0028-charging/battery issue" no:soin[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
