Lenovo — Model a 7000 touch screen not working

I have purchased Lenovo mobile model A 7000 on 19/06/2015 from flipkart.com. Mobile serial no. [protected]. Six months ago there was a problem with the touch screen of the phone which was not working for which i had taken the phone to lenovo service centre in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. They took one month to repair and hand it back to me. Again the touch screen is not working properly and so i went to your service centre but they refused to repair it under warranty period and asked me Rs 4600 for repairing the same. I want an urgent reply to this complaint as soon as possible as to what would you do to solve this problem now because i found your service inefficient. I have purchased lenovo k5 plus mobile but we have not got the earphone in the box

1)Why lenovo company does not providing earphone when we purchase the mobile
2)if you are not providing the earphone in the accessories box then we will recommend other companies than lenovo
3)are you providing the earphone in the box or not ??? If yes then upto how many range
4 ) please give me answer of this type of problem we are facing
