Lenovo — Motherboard issue in lenovo zuk z1. | |||
I have ordered lenovo zuke z1 - b01ddp7us8 vide invoice number ka-blr[protected], order id[protected] on dated[protected] and the same has been received within the delivery date but from 15/06/2016 it is showing network error and while checking with the lenovo service center they told there is the mother board issue in the phone. It is only 20 days and i am facing the issue. Request you to please replace my phone with the new one of the same model. Lenovo zuk z1 - motherboard problem
I've purchased zuk z1 on 19 may 2016 (amazon flash sale). No network since then (Radio off). Requested Amazon to replace the product (they've asked for DOA letter from Lenovo). Lenovo customer service people told me to visit service center (Since my purchase this phone is in service center).
Service center confirmed that this is motherboard problem and they have ordered for spare parts (same answer since last 2 months). Lenovo service team told me they are not responsible for replacement and now amazon also replied the same thing
I feel cheated for wasting my money on this phone.
Please help me to replace my phone

It is only 20 days and i am facing the issue.
