Lenovo — paid for products || shipment on hold | |||||
Hi, I had ordered 2 Lenovo Thinkpad E470 i7, 8GB Ram laptop from shoplenovo.com on 2nd Feb 2018, but it has not been dispatched since then. On 8th Feb, when I called their customer care, they claimed that the product is still at warehouse. Now it is 10 days, still no response on email and call. Same thing happened with me .I had ordered a Lenovo ideapad 320(38.5 k variant ) on 5th feb 2018, but it hasn't dispatched yet... lenovo promised 5 to 8 day delivery though after 9th day i didn't get the product ; I called every customer care no of lenovo... they bouncing my call one no to another...and also called 4 different lenovo executives...and they dont have any idea what to do...Every time emailed lenovo support they send me system generated email with a ticket no...they never even contact me.This " https://www.shoplenovo.co.in" does not have a proper tracking mechanism for product ...And above all lenovo support is so bogus...they don't care about customer's valuable time.
