Lenovo — Problem in my phone

My mobile Lenovo k6 power purchase from Flipkart in 10janaury 2017 is no app run properly the error is come on 3may 2017
This is error
"Screen overlay detected"
To change this permission settings
you have first turn off the screen overlay
from settingsapps"

So then I format all erase all format my mobile but the error become come like that same ...so solve my problem
And tell me how to solve it please
