[Resolved]  Lenovo — REFUSAL TO REFUND MONEY BY FLIPKART FOR A OUT OF BOX DEFECTIVE MOBILE HANDSET

SIR/MADAM, I recieved lenevo vibe z2 pro mobile on 5-1-2015 evening, the handset failed to power on..after several attempts suddenly turned on ..but started heating up excessively upon opening some apps, camera shooting etc to the extent that could not be held in hand..and hanging in between the usage and shutting off and restarting by itself..immediately next day morning i complained to flipkart...and after a long wait i recieved a call at around 7.0pm while driving home from office.. one flipkart representative immediately started telling me repeatedly that flipkart cannot help you or refund your money and kept on telling me that only alternative left is to measure the amount of heat generated by the hand set by performing some tests or soft ware upgrade or some steps the person was insisting me to carry out on the road even though i was not carrying the hand set with me...this is a clear cut case of harrasement to a loyal flipkart customer like me as i, my family members and relatives buy so many things from flipkart...hence i request them to refund my hard earned money and do a immediate reverse pick up of this out of the box defective handset..instead of asking customer to carry out complicated technical software upgrades and what not and instead of satisfying their loyal customers trying to safeguard the interest of the company...thanking you...sudesh.
