Lenovo — They promised me replacement from date of rising a complaint.Now they were telling only refund possible after wasting my valuable

Sir,
I have been waiting for New laptop since i have faced issue with New laptop on 9th Feb (the day i received my order).I have immediately escalated the issue to Commercialts, customercare and almost every customer care executive on call.
on that day onwards you people were saying that please wait until the DOA certificate comes then we will place MDOA Machine replacement to your location.

I have talked to you and SUMAIYA MK and god knows sir how many persons i approached through lenovo thinkpad support and premier support.Every time i got a reply that you will get replacement once DOA Certificate issued to you.

now i got a message that you will get refund only.

each n every time i tried to call -There is a disclaimer that : We record this call for quality and training purposes.Please check my call records from 10th february onwards.No one told me about the refund, every time i got a message from your team that you will get new machine soon.

i have placed the laptop order on 4th Jan, i got a message on 10th Jan that you will get your laptop within 3-5days from 28th of Jan but i didnt get in that time also.I have got my laptop on 9th Feb and then i found immediately there is a problem with RIGHT USB.
from that day onwards ALL Your support team saying that you will get new laptop with in 2-3 workings days since DOA issue date.
since that date i am eagerly waiting for my new laptop.

now you people were suddenly saying that you will refund only..This is cheating only sir.

i have wasted so much time to follow up the laptop status and now you people sent me a very VALUABLE gift Called REFUND.

My DOA certificate generated today.Please kindly send me new laptop sir...I am really crying sir..

i am a student and please direct your team that dont play with students life..Its my humble request from my side.Everyone listen to what customercare team says to them.each and every time they told me that you will get a new laptop within 2-3 working days.I repeatedly asked them on call that whether this new machine comes from china or India. and they replied me back that you will get a new laptop from Indian warehouses only and we do have stock of laptops for MDOA Cases.You will get your new laptop from BANGLORE/Mumbai/HYDERABAD warehouse according to stock.

Now you people were saying that you will get refund only?? what kind of support is this sir??? Please be in my position and think once from my side how much pain it will gives to customer after waiting for so long time.

and even i have extended my warranty to 3 years along with damage also and even while i called to the customer care for extending warranty they told me that dont worry you will get new laptop and the same warranty can be automatically transferred to new laptop once replacement done..

each and every time i got wrong information my your team that you will get new laptop as soon as possible after DOA Certificate.

now the DOA team saying that we dont have replacement provision from online store..Sir, DOnt you think that this is cheating a customer with false information??
killed my valuable time.

But there is option that you can opt for parts replacements on the same machine to resolve the issue as well.

i have kept my money with you since Jan 4th.Its been nearly 2 months since you kept money with you.After keeping that much money for that many days if you refund back the amount which i paid, dont you that it is injustice to a customer.For get about money, how much time i have invested to get a new laptop PLEASE CHECK MY CALL RECORDINGS And TIME I SPENT WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT.I have spent days and days on you.NOw you came with a resolution called REFUND GIFT.

Please kindly replace my Laptop with that stock available in the Indian warehouses.
i want laptop as soon as possible sir.MY studies got hampering because i dont any think to study.I am a poor student.Please kindly help me with quick resolution sir..
