I have ordered an laptop on the month of January it was said that with in 30 days i will recive cash back into my icici account. But 3 months over no response no email.

      Have purchased the laptop before 2 months back via Amazon website, Now i lot of issues are happening in my laptop( System reboot issue, Automatically gets switched off, Slowness, Os got corrupted),

      I have visited the Lenovo laptop service center at [ Location: Chennai- Ashok pillar past Saturday (i.e.Apr2nd)] they have done service too, now today also the same problems are happening again and again, i have not satisfied with the laptop service what they have been provided by me from their end, help me to resolve the issue or do some alternative action like replacement or money return

        My Lenovo laptop IdeaPad 330 had issue in display ie. The power was on but the display was not showing anything.
        When connected to a desktop monitor through hdmi cable, the contents were proper and working in the monitor. Which clearly says that only some issue with the display.

        Also, when checked with a technician in general service centre, it was diagnosed that the display was fine but only the power cable has some connectivity issues.

        Contacted Lenovo support through the bridge number and got the nearest authorised service centre as below.

        I submitted the laptop to the centre and after multiple(10 to 12) follow up calls and after a week, they informed me that mother board had some issues and that need be replaced.

        How come a laptop which worked when connected through hdmi cable would have mother board issue. So, i did not ask to change it.

        After two weeks I went to collect the laptop, on reaching they were saying, there might be an issue with power cable and they would try that first before changing mother board.
        There is ambiguity in the findings.

        But i collected the Laptop without changing anything. Now the laptop power is turning on only when the charger is connected. When the charger is removed the laptop shuts down.

        This leads to me thinking that some original parts have been replaced and returned a faulty one. Or, when fitting the parts, something was not properly done.

        I recommend investigation on this. I had to travel 120km back and forth to collect the Laptop. Please let me know any more details.

          Hello My name is Akash Mittal. I had ordered an adapter from lenovo official site on 24th March 2022 which got delivered around 29th or 30th March 2022. By mistake I had ordered a wrong model adapter which wasn't compatible with my laptop and to replace it with a different model compatible with my laptop I immediately contacted the customer support on the date of delivery and since then they are handing me a number every time saying its not our department and when I call on the given number they hand me a different number or say we can't help with this replacement. They made me go to a local service centre saying that thry will replace the product but to no avail. Its happening since the past 8 days. Its totally unprofessional from such a company my work and everythng has benn halted as I am unable to use my laptop

            - Laptop continues to crash, tried all methods suggested by Tech team, but none seems to work.
            - Issue is unresolved since October 2021 (more than 5 months)
            - Tickets raised so far ([protected], [protected], [protected])
            - Tried escalating the issue, but received no response from Lenovo, apart from asking me to get in touch with Customer Service Team.
            - Desired outcome required:
            - Urgent resolution to the issue OR
            - Money returned

            Despite replacing the hard disk, the system is still crashing. And customer service team is asking me to share a video of the error.
            What is Lenovo trying to hide? Why are they not sending a person to check the laptop physically?

              This lenovo services is worst service because they all agent wasting my time till past 3 months, they make me fool for again and again reinstallation my window and reset my laptop, motherboard also changes 3 times and speaker also changed but problem not solved.
              i owns lenovo laptop my issue is - (1)- when i open my laptop and then i play any song, movies & any thing else then sounds not come but when i plug any jack of headphone on the port of laptop and plug out then sounds starts come and also when i do some settings in window for sounds related then sound starts come but when i shutdown my laptop then after reopen my laptop then same problem sound not coming and again this problem come regularly.
              (2)- this problem is again audio related when i play any thing and i mute my laptop for 5 to 7 min and then after 5 to 7 min i unmute my laptop then sounds not come in my laptop.
              This is my laptop issue.
              I complain this issue after 1 month of purchasing the laptop means i purchase my laptop at 30/07/2021 and i complained in september and they apply many process on laptop to solve my issue after 10 days finally they resolve my issu but after 2 month again problem come means in january problem comes and they again apply same method of september in applied means again reinstallation and reset of window and again motherboard changing but problem not solved this time and they take me 60 to 70 times take remote control of my laptop or 4 times also engineer visit in my home for solve my issue but problem not solved and they do this discursting things in the period of january to march and still i face this problem and after they wasting my 3 months i say for replacement because they not fix my problem and also wasting my 3 months, i ask him for replacment they denied for replacment and they say me i am not able replace your laptop i say him product that i got is a defect one so i want replacement but denied for replacement i give him 3 months to fix my issue but they not solved my problem they say me i will give best method solve your issue what best method you guys already take 3 month to solved my issue but problem not solved so why you wasting my time, you guys already wasting my lots of time so replace my laptop why you not understand i am not free you already do many things like many time reinstallation and reset PC window and 3 times you change motherboard and speaker also and many thing like drivers and lots of things during remote control and i also give you 60 to 70 times remote control as well.. its totally ridiculous. why you not understand costumer problem i face this problem after 1 month of purchased your laptop and still i facing this audio problem or 7 months gone.
              So i want replacement.

                The numeric key no 2's hardware broked as it popped out from the keyboard.
                its been 2 months and i barely used this laptop but it's hardware got loosed.
                unable to press or perform any work with this numeric key. the inner surface of this key which is made up of rubber is visible and its not up for me to perform any task.
                Kindly fix this hardware issue as soon as possible.

                  I had planned shifting from HP to Lenovo, as I was about to purchase my second laptop but now I believe that this decision was the worst decision of my life.

                  Currently, my laptop is under warranty(Please note I fall into Premium Customer Category), and my laptop's charger is not working, so have ordered a replacement via Premium Care Support expecting that they will resolve on priority as they mentioned "Premium Care".

                  It has been now around 12 days since I ordered a replacement and every time they just ask me to wait and they continuously give some or the other reason to escape.

                  I won't recommend using Lenovo laptops and would suggest to go for HP always.

                    Hi,

                    I have purchased Lenovo Laptop Model : S/N : PF32HVBV from Vijay Sales Laxmi Nagar New Delhi on month of November 2021 DATA for my kid for online classes.after purchase we starting screen flickering issue but that issue was intermittent it was happening when we are closing and opening laptop screen on running laptop but few days back its half of screen completely gone during the class session
                    I talked to customer care (Case No. [protected]) and they said we can't cover it in under warranty, It's a manufacturing defect and arise from few week but we never raise concern because we didn't wanted to hamper kid education but now its completely gone, I request you please do needful for us as soon as possible so that he can continue our classes because its a relate to my children education.

                      I am very much Unhappy and Disappointed with this store. Unethical & Unprofessional behavior from them. The store manager never kept their words. I had purchased a laptop(Lenovo Ideapad gaming 3i) from them, At the time of purchasing they assured me that they will provide me free antivirus from them as a complimentary for a period of 1 year, & told me to visit the store once again after 1 month for renewal of antivirus subscription. And when i went there they told me that there is nothing as such committed to me. I was really very shocked after hearing this. I won't recommended this store to anyone.

                          I purchased a Lenovo Y5070 laptop, considering that it is a large and specialized company. During use, I noticed a very slow device, and I took all possible measures to solve the problem. I contacted customer service via messenger through the official Lenovo page, and they tried to help me more It took an hour to solve the problem, but all these attempts failed and did not bring any positive results... Therefore, I submitted a complaint to the Lenovo customer service via e-mail, and a senior official responded to me that the Lenovo devices have a shelf life of only 5 years and that the laptop Top is out of warranty. .. And the question here is, do Lenovo laptops really only have a shelf life of 5 years, and why did you not tell me the expiration date of the device when buying it... I am very upset with this company and I will not deal with them or advise anyone to deal with them... I am asking Refunding the money I paid or giving me a new laptop ... Attached is a photo of the serial number of the device and a screenshot of the message that the official in the company sent me

                            I bought a lenovo ideapad gaming 3 laptop on 16 of september and after onemonth of buying that laptop it started working very slow and then suddenly shut down with a blank screen it doesn’t open i call to lenovo care and engineer came and repair it but after he repair my pc it’s SSD stopped working and the same issue of blank screen and blue screen comes i have called Lenovo support 5 times they are saying we cannot replace your laptop but i want to replace my laptop and also they failed to repair it also.

                              My father bought Lenovo yoga tablet from Reliance Digital, Esplanade, Bhubaneswar Odisha on 21st Jan 2022. The product showed issues and did not start within one month of its use. And hence has been given to customer care for services where it was notified that the mother board needs to be exchanged. On given the receipt, we observed that the date of waranty starts from 8th September 2021. How can this be possible if the product was bought in January 2022. Kindly look into this issue and help us out here. It looks like an old device may have been sold to my father by the store, which is not acceptable. Otherwise how can the waranty start before the date of purchase and device showing issues just within a month. Being a lenovo user myself, I know the efficiency of the products, so its unbelievable that a new device can show such issues in such a short time. Request you to take appropriate action on the issue.

                                We have purchased 5 laptops V14, 11 gen Intel i3 laptops on 16th of February 2022, as per the below order number. These were for our start-up and as advised by their inside sales team as best suitable for our requirements.

                                The laptops received on 18th are extremely lagging and slow performing. they take about 28 seconds to respond to each click in the local machine and much slower on net. So if we type anything, we will not know what we typed until half a minute or so. They are not fit for the purpose of purchase which is coding and development that our startup firm is into.

                                As soon as we noticed that on 20th we raised an immediate complaint. But no one seemed to respond correctly neither their online chat team, on call or via email, until I had written to sue them as it was causing revenue loss and client frustration for us.

                                Their technical person came to office today on 24th after many many follow-ups. He mentioned the following which is shocking and causing mental agony:

                                1. Windows 11 Pro is not compatible with 4GB Ram, so even with all other great configuration of the system, it is not fit for purpose.
                                2. No Quality performance was done on the system before sale as the operating system wasn't installed correctly causing it much problem.
                                3. Although the systems were delivered on 18th, the operating system installation was done 3 months ago and warranty in their system is only reflecting as 9 months left instead of 12 months.
                                4. I purchased extended 3 years warranty but that was not reflected in their system at all.
                                5. Representative who said systems will be replaced or refunded if any issue is now asking us to pay additional and upgrade but would not refund or exchange.

                                Overall I think as a start-up being cheated in large as this is causing us a loss in all angles and a bad experience.

                                  Hi Support,

                                  I have been struggling with my laptop 'IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IMH05' since the date I purchased it from CROMA(2 jan 2022). I think I was buying this product from the reputed & safest place but I am very disappointed with the service received from the CROMA, I reached service center and they did some resetting in the laptop which made no changes in its performance. Even calling Lenovo premium support and their work made it unproductive till date.

                                  Do I need a final solution this time? At least I can use it for the reason I purchased it. I am writing this email to share my grievance and
                                  I hope someone will help me rectify the issues which are desolating the Lenovo Image.

                                      My daughter is visually impaired- legally blind- and is attending college. One of her accommodations is to have a larger laptop than what the school provides. She was given this laptop, a 17.5". However, now that it has broken, Lenovo "repaired" it and sent it back once. It is still not in working condition. The school gave her a loaner but it is not the accommodating size for her visual needs. Lenovo sent another laptop- used and also broken. It has no functioning speakers or mic. How do we do virtual classes?! They still have yet to give her a good laptop that meets her needs with her visual impairment. My solution would be for Lenovo to send a brand new replacement to my straight A college student who now has anxiety because she cannot complete her assignments in a timely manner! Why is there an issue in replacing it? You obviously weren't able to fix it the last 2 times.
