On[protected], I handed over Lenovo Mouse at the authorized service center Sri Jishnu Communications, Vijayawada for its malfunction.
As the mouse is within the warranty period, I have also provided an invoice copy to Sri Jishnu Communications as proof.
While handing it over, it was informed that it may take a fortnight to get the mouse repaired and get it back.
After a fortnight, when I visited Sri Jishnu Communications, Mr. Gorantla Satya ([protected]) informed me that it may take further a week to get back the serviced mouse.
Again, after one more week when I visited, they could not give me the correct information about my mouse.
When I visited again after a week, I was informed by Mr. Satya that a new mouse was couriered by DTDC to my home address and would be received soon.
Mr. Satya also provided me with consignment No.B93295820 to track the consignment.
When I tracked the said consignment number, surprisingly it was revealed that the given consignment does not pertain to me.
It is the consignment number of outward courier service of Sri Jishnu Communications through which they have despatched my mouse for service to your Lenovo servicing center in Bangalore.
As the said to be couriered mouse did not deliver, I visited Sri Jishnu Communications several times and discussed with Mr. Satya the correct position of my mouse where it stands.
At last, I was informed that my consignment of me was misplaced, and I would be reimbursed with the cost by DTDC.
Mr. Satya requested me to give my bank account details for remitting the amount and I have provided a scanned copy of my bank account cheque also.
Mr. Satya also gave one mobile No.[protected] said to be of Ms. Triveni of DTDC and informed me that she will reimburse the cost in my bank account.
Having waited for more than a week, I have contacted Ms. Triveni about reimbursement and was advised to talk to Mr. Nagaraju, whom I do not know and his contact number even.
When contacted Mr. Satya, he informed me that he would talk to Ms. Triveni of DTDC and come out with a solution.
Like this, the episode is going on and going on without any positive result.
When I visited Sri Jyothi Communications on[protected] again, it happened that Mr. Nagaraj Katagar ([protected]) called me.
I informed him to communicate through mail whatever he wants to communicate.
Surprisingly, till writing this mail, I did not receive any mail from him.
Already more than two months have elapsed, and nothing has happened concretely and constructively till the writing of this mail.
This is the kind of service you and your authorized service center are extending to the customers.
Now I request you to interfere in this matter and do justice to me either by way of my serviced mouse or a new mouse or reimbursement of the cost of my mouse as per the invoice.
Ho[e this long pending issue would receive your preferred and immediate attention for a positive solution.
Trust I am clear in the matter and await justice at least from your end without further loss of time.
