Dear Sir,
Myself Vivek Deshpande, residing in pune had purchased a Lap Top Yoga 300 -11BR ( serial No P200Deyc ) on 28th feb 2016 thru Vijay Sales, Paud Road, Pune.
Started operating on 1st March - the main issue i faced was the battery indicator showed 0% charging. It use to work only when charger was on and use to shut down immediately once the charger Pin was removed. Myself approached M/s Vijay Sales, Paud Road on 5th March 2016 and requested for a replacement of the said Instrument.
Denying my request they guided me to your Service Center-Impact Infotec, Nanda Deep, ( Service by Wipro ), Senapati Bapat Road, Pune.

On 8th March 2016 i visited the above service Center - Service engineer Rahul with cell No [protected] - attended the the complaint after checking agreed on the issue and confirmed that the instrument Shuts Down once the charger pin is removed and the battery indicator shows 0% charging. As it was the only 9 th day from the date of purchase and the problem exist - myself requested for a replacement piece. They clearly said that as per The Lenovo Policy it Cannot be done and only it can be repaired.

After long discussion the service center kept the Lap Top and said that no time bound assurance can be given - it may take 8 or 15 or 25 days to complete the repairing procedure. I requested for Complaint no or Job Work Order no - i was told that it will come to you on your Cell no or thru E-mail within one hour time once your complaint is uploaded.

Today is 10th of March -till this moment ( after 56 hours) no one from the service center has sent any work order / complaint no on my cell or e-mail. Even after calling on the above cell no one is responding nor giving any information regarding Status.

Sir, right from day one the said issue was persisting we should have received Replacement of the said Lap Top. As there is no response from the above service Center you are requested to guide me and help me in getting quick response and a early solution of the same.
