[Resolved]  Lenskart — after-sales service is not provided as promised by the company.

Order no - [protected] dated 01 Feb 2025 by the name of ADITIYA, I had purchased two power spectacles for my son. Out of that one of the power glasses (Blue Full Rim Round John Jacobs product id 213688) frame got cracked and broken. And when I asked for repair or replacement for the same. The Showroom representative says that these are not under the warranty, and It cannot be replaced or even for repair also.
[But during the purchase they asked me to buy gold membership and gave false promises]. So, when I asked for other options, they simply suggested me buy the new power spectacle from them. I already spent around Rs 2940 + 620 for gold membership now again they asked me to spend the same. Please help me in this regard in order to repair or replace my spectacle. I would appreciate your help.
