Dear Lenskart Team,
I recently purchased the Batman Special Edition glasses (Order ID: [protected], Order Date: 23rd Feb). However, I did not receive the Batman-themed case and microfiber that were supposed to be included. Instead, I was handed the glasses without proper packaging, along with a generic case that barely fits the glasses and a microfiber that worsens visibility instead of improving it.
I kindly request you to look into this issue and arrange for the correct Batman Special Edition case and microfiber to be sent to me as per the original purchase. Please let me know how this can be resolved at the earliest.
