Lenskart — Scratch on glass is not being replaced by lenskart after paying Rs 7500

We bought paying Rs 7500 from lens kart Eye glasses from Hyderabad order no #[protected] where in there was scratch on glasses and due to medical emergency of my family had no time to complain after though tried calling call center many time no feedback or call back. now took half day leave from off to visit kukat pally Lenskart they denied replacement as 30 days over.
what poor services they gave me damaged piece and coz of medical exigencies and job requirement we were not able to visit and complian was responded back after 45 days i went to store and they denied excahange i will file legal against them
