[Resolved] Lenskart — False warranty promise substandard quality | |||||
I bought unbreakable glasses from lenskart on 22 august... N they got broke within 15 days of purchase. They gave me warranty card also now on contacting customet care they say here unbreakable means breaking of coating. On repeated request to make me talk to senior customer care officer the attendent fixed me a call back n no such call came. I request u not to go by their fake promises even if they issue a warranty card they will deny repairing or exchange of lens. Beware of frauds like lenskart Was this information helpful? | |||||
