[Resolved] Lenskart — First given wrong product..second delay in delivery for the right product..no one answering the lenakart branch number | |||
I have ordered a product..(order no :-[protected], Malalkpet, hyderabad, v.sagar, mobile no :-[protected]). I got a msg to collect the product..after reaching the store they given me Wrong sight spects..the employee (women) said she will rectify the mistake..within two days she will call to me ..but i didn't get any calls yet..i have been trying to contact the store from the number which is showing on Google..but nobody answering the call.. I am feeling very disappointed with the Malakpet branch service.. Was this information helpful? | |||
