[Resolved] Lenskart — incorrect prescription | |||
I ordered some glasses and prescription sunglasses at a lenskart store in bangalore on 23/01/18 - order no. [protected] I paid for international shipping for the order and received it in australia only on 02/02/18 The optometrist/sales guy who did my eye test got my prescription wrong, and even when i said i wasn’t happy with the prescription in store he told me that it was correct. When i received and tried on both the pairs of glasses they were very distorted and hurt my eyes and my head. I then went to an optometrist here in australia and the prescription they gave me was completely different. So now the glasses i paid so much for in your lenskart store are completely useless. Can you please fix the glasses or do a refund? I will email you the correct prescription upon your response. If you can’t do a return or correction, i will have to contact american express and have them talk to you guys. Was this information helpful? | |||
