[Resolved] Lenskart — item not delivered after 8 days the order have been placed and payment done. still showing the item stocked out | |||
This is regarding order number [protected], pair of -2- spectacles with powered lenses. The order has been placed on 13th may, 2019. When i ordered these items from your store in my locality told me that product will be delivered even before the scheduled date but now it is showing product as "stocked out". What do you mean by that after taking order and receiving payment? But now i see that this is one of your most common ways to harass customers. Let me know the exact status of the order. Verified Support May 21, 2019 Lenskart Customer Care's response Dear Sujita, our apologies for the hassle. Stocked out refers to the stage in which the product is taken forward to proceed further with the lens fitting. Further, one of the frame is shipped and the other is under processing. We will keep you posted with the updates.
