[Resolved] Lenskart — Non- delievery of the order no - [protected] | |||
I would like to say that i had not received my order no- [protected] dated[protected]. it was shipped by gojavas vide dispatch id - DELLKTP557123 to some gurgaon address but my address as per order is of dehradun. We did not expected such a mistake like this from lenskart and when contacting to gojavas they said it has been returned. Despite my address is correct i had not received my order and i had made payment online but lenskart does not deliever my glasses and did not refunded my payment either on the grounds that they are not able to deliever glasses at dehradun. I had faced a lot of problems because of this lenskart is not responding to it.I am very much dissapointed with the services of lenskart.. my mob no is :[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
