It is strange, Order No [protected] was booked on 11th May at Panaji Store for high power. On the day of booking Store Person was so prompt with all the information. His gestures were so accurate, talking to many people to show me that the store is so swift to deliver the within 5 fays. It is more than 16 days, order us till under processing. Now I realized, people at Lensekart are so stupor, how can they forget to understand that patient with high power of -20 can't sustain his vision without lenses for more than 25 days? No one at lensekaty had a time or interest to know what was going wrong. Such lapses are rather impossible at any other servicing company. I have made at least 75 calls till now to Lensekart customer care, it is so frustrating, no one, including Customer care executive, store In-charge, store Manager and Area manager has no responsibility or curtesy or enthusiasm or time to look for any alternate solution. They could very well save eight days’ time of cancelation of Order No [protected] and rebooking of [protected]. They even couldn't think, if cancellation was taking time, booking of new order and preparation of lenses could had been parallelly done. Your store person was so dull; I was repeatedly telling him to book another new order as this order cancellation was getting delayed for so called technical fault. Store person was more worried about his store credit. It is also surprising to know, cancellation of booking also need more 10 days of time. Was this information helpful? |
