[Resolved] Lenskart — Order not yet received | |
My name is Pradeep Singh. I placed an order on 30th, Oct, 2020 for Soflens 59 and Soflens Toric contact lenses at Krishna Nagar Delhi Store. My order number is [protected]. I visited the store on 4th, Nov, 2020 to know the status of my order as In my lenskart App, "Order created" was only showing. The store team assured me that we have raised a ticket for the same and said that Order will be delivered by 5th, Nov, 2020. Then I visited the store on 5th, Nov, 2020 at around 7:30 PM and I got to know that my order is still not yet received. What lenskart is doing? as this is known for the best company in this sector. Are they worried for customer support? I have contacted on call too and the advisor was saying that the order may be delivered within 2 or 3 days that means still you are unable to provide an exact date of delivery. I needed the product on 5th, Nov, 2020. You have crossed the delivery date and only the customer has been affected due to this trouble. No one else.
