[Resolved] Lenskart — Pending Replacement | |||
Madam/ Dear Sir, I have place my order to your so called good company lenskart on 20th April 2021 vide order id [protected]. I have received my order and I have started using my spectacles. During normal wear and use, one of the spectacles divided into two parts which was very much funny because that time I was working in my office. So, I have written a mail to your above mail id and after that I got a call from one of the lady representative. She informed that the order will be replaced but the same frame was not available that time. I have been given some options to select the frame and place order. The glass and power related issue or other order related issue will be taken care by your end. Accordingly, I have place my order online by selecting John & Jacobs golden rimless frame which was available for me for selection and after few days, new spectacle has been delivered to my registered address vide order id [protected], dated 02nd July 2021. But surprisingly the power of that replaced spectacle was not the same as per my prescription or as per my earlier spectacle and I was very much uncomfortable and totally dissatisfied with this new spectacle power. I have again contacted to your customer care number and I have told my concern to one of the lady representative. I told her very clearly that I need the original power as per my earlier order dated 20th April 2021 in this new frame that has been provided as an replacement with wrong power glass. She assured me that my concern has been noted and replacement order initiated from backend. So, I did not place any replacement order request online/ through lenskart application. Today, morning I got a message that Rs. 4495.00 has been credited to my account. This is very much unethical, disappointing and unacceptable too. How any one can cancel and sent such type of message to the customer without getting proper discussion with the customer and without taking his consent. Getting this message, again I made a call and discussed with your representative and that fellow told me that this matter is related to service and call is being transfer to service department where my interaction was held with Mr. Ajay Sharma at around 11.00 am today. Mr. Sharma told me that this issue will be resolve by sales team. What a ridiculous reply and activity is being performed by the team members. Not getting any solution from your sales as well as service team, I again compel to write you. Here I would like to mention very clearly that I need a glass with correct power as provided earlier (20.04.2021) as per the prescription and in the new frame selected and subsequently return picked up by your agency partner.
