[Resolved] Lenskart — power glass not properly made | |||
I have purchased two spectacles frames and for one frame I have ordered progressive lenses at Lenskart AskokNagar branch vide order no[protected] dated 9th January 2019. The total cost of two frames and lenses in one of them along with Gold membership is Rs7310. I got my eye power checked eyes by a renowned eye specialist who had been giving power to me for years. The same prescription I produced to Lenskart for preparing the progressive lenses. They delivered the glass on 17/01/19 evening. The very next day I left for Bangalore. At Banglaore I tried the newly made spectacles, but my eye started paining and I could not read at all. Upon coming back on 27/01/19, I went to Lenskart store at Ashok nagar and explained my difficulty. They took the Spectacles back and sent that to the factory for rectification. Today I went to the shop to take it back. I was shocked to see that I am still not able to read book using that Specs. I requested the representative at the store to take it back and refund my money. They informed that money cannot be refunded but they will give me a credit note using which I can purchase any Spectacles in future within that money. There no point again purchasing any spectacles because in the first place they could not make proper progressive lenses and I need specs with progressive lenses within that budget. I request you to ensure that they refund me the money so that I can get it done from a reliable spectacle store. Was this information helpful? | |||
