[Resolved] Lenskart — Product returned but no refund yet.... almost a month now | |||||
This is reference to my order #[protected] & #[protected] wherein I bought 4 sunglasses from Lenskart. After receiving the product we raised a request to return 3 of them and the same were picked up by the courier guys on 9th of August by Bluedart. However, Lenskart has only refunded the amount for 2 glasses and they state that they have received only 2 of them. I have also shared the courier receipt which mentioned 3 items in 2 boxes (attached is the copy of the receipt), however, all I hear from Lenskart is that the issue has been escalated. Almost a month now and there is no resolution. I want someone to raise this issue to the management team of lenskart and ensure that the balance refund amount is processed at the earliest.
