[Resolved] Lenskart — ray ban spectacles

I went to the lenskart showroom and purchased a ray ban Rx5337 medium (size 52) Black Red 5528 unisex Eyeglasses. Product ID- 106238 When we received the specs we also fitted crizal lenses in it.But now even though it has barely been a week the glasses are too loose and its not possible to wear them. This is a manufacturing defect as we received the glasses in this condition. The ones we tried in the showroom were of perfect fitting. I would like a replacement of these glasses and a full compensation of the lens that we had to fit in this faulty frame. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
