[Resolved]  Lenskart — Specs Bill

Dear sir
I am sending a piece of letter written to your customer care service . However till today no action has been taken and only promising ... can you just help me in this regard..my coplaint copy is as below

I have placed two spectacles to self and one for my wife.. your representative Mr. Dhanraj Acharya has sent the person to my house for selection of frames. Subsequently we placed the order and paid entire bill amount of rupees . ( approximately Rs. 23000/_ ). During the payment, it was clearly mentioned that a separate invoice and bill should be raised as I am eligible for reimbursement from my company. However we received spectacles and to my surprise, both the bills generated in my name... Immediately I contacted. Mr. Dhahran Acharya and he promised to settle the issue...His assurance didn't work...He only promises like politician but ultimate result is zero. I am trying to contact him. But he either disconnect my phone nor he refuses to call me...

This is very serious issue...We trusted your company and my whole family is delighted customers...Your products are excellent...

Please help me in this regard...I am a senior citizen and don't want to go outside for any purchases...I am totally unhappy with your people.

This is year end for me to claim reimbursement...Please help me in this regard...I do not have your contact number...Please share your customer care or grievance cell number..So that I can place my problem with them...

Good morning
This is in continuation of my earlier E mail dated 29th march 2021 where I have clearly stated that because of your person did the mistake, why are you punishing the loyal customer like me. I am totally unhappy with your reply and no one is ready to take the responsibility to clear my problem. It shows there is no one accountable in your organisation to find a solution to our problem. During the starting of the Covid situation, we decided to take your services at our house. Mr. Dhanraj Acharya has arranged for showing Frames at our house and took the order. We have clearly mentioned that the billing should be done seperatly . As he has agreed and full amount paid tharough google pay and credit card. However we received spectacles and to my surprise, both the bills generated in my name... Immediately I contacted. Mr. Dhahran Acharya and he promised to settle the issue.
Subsequently I tried to contact him several times and I can produce the relevent proof . Even at the time of billing, we told him to raise a seperate bills. That proof also I can produce.
My concern is that even after sending mails after mails, your officials are not bothered to settle the issue. Today I may be the one customer and tomorrow it will double and one fine day your company will suffer. I am compalining about your products. I do not have any complaint against your oroduct . My complaint is only againt your personnel ( service provider) who were operating on behalf you and demolish your organisation one day. I am afford to forgo the bills . Your people can't play with customers. I am your loyal customer from last 7 years. You can check this one of the shops located at Bangalore. However in future, I have a doubt to entering your Lense Cart shops
. I have given a option to contact Mr. Dhanraj Acharya ( mobile number [protected]) and have a dirrect discussion. You are not redy to accept my suggestion .
Today it is for me, tomorrow it may be for others and one find day it is for everybody...( Customer is King no wherre applicable in your organisation.)
I would like to here from you at the earliest. Otherwisw I am constrained to take leagal action against your firm which please note.

Good Morning
After registering complaint at Indian Consumer Complaints Forum, Lenskart has sent a individual bills and resolved my complaint. I am very much grateful to the consumer forum helping me to resolve the issue within a span of 3 days.
