[Resolved] Lenskart — Staff not attending | |||
I am writing about your showroom at Nallasopara east near DMart, I am from the same building, I visited your showroom twice yesterday once at afternoon then at evening but I noticed your staff not even caring to speak to us and in the evening when I asked your person after waiting for nearly 20 minutes the person says he is busy and take time to attend me. He didn't even bother when I started walking out, this is not the type of behavior we expect from a reputed firm like yours this only adds in loosing customers and he was nor other staff we're that busy otherwise I wouldn't have complained, they knew we'll that I was coming the second time but still they were totally careless as if it doesn't matter to them that customers come or not.
