[Resolved] Lenskart — stocked out after payment order#[protected] | |
Dear All, This is to inform that Lenskart has been very crafty to make me buy from their app promising a 2 day delivery and then after I paid an amount of RS 8373 (Ray-Ban RB2140), it showed stocked out in my orders page. I bought this from Lenskart since it promised quick delivery but now it took away an opportunity for me to buy from elsewhere too. If this is not resolved soon, I shall be pursing further in my zonal consumer court for it has acted fraudulently to extract business and cause loss of a business opportunity with someone else adding up to the false promises.
