[Resolved] Lenskart — wrong delivery information provided for the sake of making a sale | |||
I placed an order for my contact lenses at lens kart, sector 14 gurgaon branch today. I have lost one of the last pair of my contact lenses pair and needed the lenses as soon as possible. The lady at the store gave me false assurances that i would receive my lenses within 3-4 days even when she was well aware of my situation. I asked her if she was sure as i need a pair as soon as possible. I have my exams in one week and just now i received a message saying that i would receive my lenses within 10 days. My old optical shop has better services and those people never lie. This is really awful. I feel cheated as now my money is locked with lens kart people and i cannot even buy a pair from my old vendor. The reference number for the order is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
