About two months ago I ordered two different 500g packs of coffee from the online shop of leo coffee. When their packet arrived it contained only one pack of coffee. I immediately sent them an email and asked about it. They replied that they will check it and send the missing packet. Nothing happened. 3 days later I called them and on the phone they said they'll check it and send the packet the next day. Nothing happened, no packet arrived. Two weeks later I called them again. They said they forgot it and will send it the same day. This was three weeks ago. I'm still waiting for the missing packet of coffee. This company really sucks. They don't care about customers. They just take your money. And to be honest, their coffee is not bad, but nothing special. The price is too high. Do not order there! Was this information helpful? |
