Respected Madam/Sir
With reference to my order # 2406 in Leo coffee website hereby informing you that the brass glass which they send to us was really not good (Attached herewith some photographs of the glass for your kind reference).
30/01/2021 I placed the order and received it within a week.
Not even two weeks I used it but for drinking coffee the condition of the glass become very worst.
Raise the complaint on 13/02/2021 to Leo customer care at the email i.d [protected]@leocoffee.co.in but no reply on 14/02/2021 wrote a reminder mail but no reply from them till now. (attached the mail communication for your kind reference)
Requesting for your appropriate action so that at least they will reply me to my query.
