About two months ago I ordered two different 500g packs of coffee from the online shop of leo coffee. When their packet arrived it contained only one pack of coffee. I immediately sent them an email and asked about it. They replied that they will check it and send the missing packet. Nothing happened. 3 days later I called them and on the phone they said they'll check it and send the packet the next day. Nothing happened, no packet arrived....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. With reference to my order # 2406 in Leo coffee website hereby informing you that the brass glass which they send to us was really not good (Attached herewith some photographs of the glass for your kind reference).
30/01/2021 I placed the order and received it within a week.
Not even two weeks I used it but for drinking coffee the condition of the glass become very worst.br...

I bought 2 leo chicory powder packets of 50 gm each on the 15 th july at around 6 pm from nilgiris besant nagar chennai branch where i always used to buy coffee powder along with chicory. But today i purchased only chicory of leo. But the product says date of manufacture may 2017 and best before 9 months now being june 2018. I did not notice at the time of purchase. I fail to understand why it is still on the shelves of the store and sold...
