I HAVE ODERED MMX 310G DATA CARD WORTH Rs 1500 ON THEIR SITE

(letsbuy.com) ON 3-NOV-2011 AND IT WAS WRITTEN THERE THAT IT WOULD REACH HOME 4-7 DAYS. TODAY IT IS 12-NOV-2011 BUT YET I AM WAITING FOR MY PRODUCT. WHEN I TRIED TO MAIL THEM AT ONCE
THEY SAID ME THAT MY ORDER WAS DISPATCHED AND I CAN TRACK MY ORDER STATUS AT COURIER SERVICE SITE i.e. QUATIUM SERVICE(THOUGH IT WAS QUANTIUM SOLUTIONS BUT IN MY ACCOUNT AT THEIR SITE IT IS STILL WRITTEN THAT THE NAME IS QUATIUM). WHEN I TRACKED MY ORDER THERE IT SHOWS 'NOT FOUND'.AT THEIR THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE EXCEPT THE COMPUTER OPERETED VOICE DUE TO WHICH IT ALMOST COST ME Rs50 TILL NOW. I HAVE SENT THEM AT LEAST 5 MAILS TELLING THEM THAT I WILL GO TO CONSUMER FORUM IF THEY DO NOT
REPLY BUT THEN ALSO NO REPLY COME TO ME. PLEASE HELP ME. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

letsbuy — Order not received

hi


I ordered a Bajaj New Light Weight Dry Iron on 3rd oct 2011. But i have't received the item still.

Site showed that they dispatched through the firstflight . I tracked it online with track ref id. I came to know that it was delivered to shillong. But my destination address is in Andhra pradesh. How come it will go to the some other address.

I need my item at any cost or i[censored] fail to send the item again, requesting you to refund money as soon as possible.

    I made an order with Letsbuy on 25th Oct 2011 through Net banking. Till today the status shows in process. No reply to my mails. No one is picking up the phone with the given customer (don't) care phone no. (LSB[protected]/10/2011) - Status update awaited from the delivery service. I don't know how long I have to wait. -Meenakshi.

    You are damn right I also placed an order bearing order no:LSB-927276 ON 16th March 2012 through SBI Maestro Debit Card. It was successfully completed & they send me a mail saying the shipment is delayed due to some uncontrollable circumstances. Again I replied to the mail & saying I would compliant this matter to the court & publish this matter to some of the National Newspaper & to all the Local Newspaper as well as new channels & replied & wrote that I would received a revert from their side within 48 hours from 19th March 2012 but I am not getting any reponse from them and moreover their customer care never pickup calls. According to me they are making fool of people & earning easy money from people. It is wise not to buy any product from this site.

    I applied for a black berry Z10 on 24/04/14.On 05/05/14 they rejected my application saying that your application doesnt match our credit policy.so when i ll get my complimentary free watch.

      I have placed an order (471422) on 11-Oct. However I have not received any order details on mobile/sms/email after placing the order. I have also called them 3-4 times to get the order status but they say that it is under process. Also there is no facility to check the status on the website and their customer support on phone and email is pathetic. They never respond to email. Nobody picks up the phone even after 10 mins. You simple waste your time and money.

        Till time no reply from yourside.

        I have visited Samsung customer care centre (Fountain Chowk Ludhiana) twice today as suggested by letsbuy customer care executives to obtain the DOA certificate.But samsung personnel refused to give DOA as they told they cannot accept the mobile if invoice after 4 days. For your kind information I received the shipment as on 27-sep-11 (as per trailed mail and snapshot of Bluedart atached herewith) in evening 4.20pm and very next day i.e today I visited customer care Samsung.
        I never expected this type of harassment from letsbuy. I do not know what to do.
        I am an existing client of letsbuy and do not want to make any unnecessary steps against Letsbuy.

        Kindly provide the solution to refer cousumer court.

        sir , i buy a Sandisk Cruzer Blade USB 8GB Pen Drive and pay money using net bank. my order number is LSB-267651.

            I had bought ACs from Letsbuy (Order ID LSB-89334). After a couple of days of accepting my payment, I get a call from letsbuy that the product is not available and could not be arranged. Letsbuy has already ruined my plans. I need my money back to buy from elsewhere ASAP.

            I urgently need my money back so that I can atleast buy from other vendors.

            Nobody in Letsbuy is willing to tell me an exact date by which I will get my money refunded.

            Letsbuy — Goods not yet received

            I had placed an order for a laptop sleeve LSB-48320 on 3rd Jan 2011.
            This was supposed to be a gift for my wife.
            It is 28th Jan 2011 and i am yet to receive anything at all.

            You are damn right about this onlien site!! I had placed the order on March 4th, 2012 and after two calls with their customer support, I got a message today regretting the delay in delivering the product!! Now, I'm really worried if they have intentions of delivering the product or not!

            This site seems to be collecting money from all and then looking out for th eproduct in the market, if they get it (with a margin for themselves) then they deliver it, else they tell you that they will refund the amount, which again will have an endless wait!!

            I strongly suggest, we should report this to the cyber crime cell and let these people be taken to task, else, they will keep cheating innocent people and getting away.
