They have stopped taking my calls or reply to my many mails after they rejected my application for e.m.i request without a reason. They are not returning my money or the wristwatch they promised. They are just not responding. i hope this complaints come to the notice legally and they are stopped from cheating people.

This website sells mobile phones on EMI without credit card. I have placed an order almost 13 days back, but I have not received any kind of communication from them. I have placed a order on 13 may 2014 now it has been more than 13 days .Every day when i try to make a call they put my call on hold . On 26 may 2014 when i called them they said that my application has been rejected .No mail, no message nothing i received from company what i received an application id which i applied it on first day after I payment an amount of Rs 999.00. So beware of this stupid fraud website .

Already two months completed. Samsung galaxy core but I don't receive any confirmation from Yours. But I have deduction of my debit card amount Rs.999/-. Your company contact numbers does not working. Immediately me take next step. If any case please send me mail or call urgent

Dear All, this is Sunil, I had placed an order (Order ID LBM[protected] on 14th of May 2014, they have deducted the money from my account too but there is no update at all. I'm trying to get in touch the with agents through the email address and contacts which is mentioned on website from Day 3 but there is no response at all. I request all of you, please never believe this site and lose your money as I did. Such websites has to be terminated and strictly punished.

I have place order for nokia lumia 520 mobile to purchase on installment as per their advertisement on net, i have deposit Rs999/- by net transfer, without any reason cancel my application and cheater company, fraud company. ..I know that they advertisement to sale Laptop, mobile on easy installment, After received process fee Rs 999/- they without any reason cancel application. I have received the confirmation mail that your product will be delivered now they month go product not delivered wat is the reason i have submitted all documents as they said. I found this website through Google as I wanted to buy a new Nexus 5 16 GB. As per the website I was supposed to pay Rs. 999 first and then their representative would be coming to my home with the mobile and collect the cheque, photos and documents.

I got an message from them stating that I did not qualify for the mobile and they will be sending me a watch instead worth Rs. 1999 (Which I am pretty sure is not worth more than Rs. 200).

I tried calling them, the number is busy or they answer it and then disconnect the line after taking the name and order number.

I had apply to buy samsung galaxy grand 2 on emi from letsbuy mobile buy.com on 10 th april. M Y APPLICATION ID IS LBM1004975 .They have taken rs 999 immediately .After 15 days i got an sms from company that i have not qualify thier credit policy criteria, so my application has been rejected.I am asking from these company people that how they disqualify my application? whether they are Governer of Reserve bank? i am income tax payee private job employee since from last 15 years.i have taken car loan from hdfc and my all emi has been given on stipulated time.and these [censored]ers are saying that i am not able to give emi of 1849 for 12 month.Plz return my Rs 999 within a days, else i will suit forgery case in tis- hazari court and also come down to your okhla office to play mother-father.

I have complaint because I have apply a ordered for Samsung Galaxy Core in EMI and pay Rs. 999 through net banking and no SMS had been send to my mobile or Email ID from the company no response from customer care.They tolled that after applying 1-2 hrs of time take to send a SMS. So, I want to cancel my order and please refund Rs999 to my bank account.

I want to bring this incident to your attention regarding letsbuymobile.com poor response. i booked Sony Xperia M mobile on 03.04.2014. I paid 999 rupee for processing fee. My booking Id/ Order ID is LBM03046262. Their employee was giving me surety that after 14 days will be my mobile delivered on my address but they all are liar and rascals and Fraud Company. Why they all are giving me surety even they are not capable to proof their promises.I got a SMS on 16.04.2014 in that my order is unable to approved my application & its declined I am very tired of their promise and services. I just want to know how many days they will take mobile because of their bad employee responce I am losing my business. This is a one of the worst company i ever seen in my life.

I think This is Totally Froad Company, ar Nov 29 2013 I have ordered two Mobile on this Site. My order be rejected & They Not Refund my Money. I call their Customer Service but they don`t give Proper Solution & I whenever Call them they don`t pick up My Call & after many Time by Chance they put on call always say we can refund after 48 HRS.

I have Send 50-70 Mail on thier admin & many Call but No any Reply..

So Beware of this Site.

I think Government Can take action against them so may Consumer Not be Cheated.

I have ordered Order ID LBM01028220 Mobile Phone EMI without CC Option Rs. 999 on 01.02.2014 for which they charged processing fees @ Rs 999 . after that i call there customer care and no one was picking up the phone on pressing 2 number. again i calle sup on 1st number then the tele caller asked me to dial 2 number for existing order as we have no database of yours.Next i received following mail. "once your application is approved by our credit team we will dispatch your product with the Wrist Watch within 3 working days and in case if the application is rejected only wrist watch will be dispatched. but still i didnot get any item. Now today is 02.04.14 and they have not replied me or send any refund . WHAT TO DO?

letsbuy mobile company is totally a fraud company and they very well planned company cheat money from please in the name of taking Rs.999 in advance.My order number isLBM05036686 i have called customer care many times but there is no response from them, i have lost so much currency by calling them.I have logged FIR against this company and i am not gonna leave them unless i get my money back.
