          To, letsbuymobile team i had booked a lumia 520 on 21st nov from letsbuy website for which i had paid rs.999 online. After 1 week my order got cancelled due to not meeting their policies.when i contacted them for my refund of rs.999 then they replied that it will electronically go back to my account from which it was deducted. It's been a month now and i have not received my money yet back in my account.             Dear Sir I ordered a laptop on letsbuymobile.com website on 08/12/2013, where they have promised goods will be delivered to me withing 14 to 21 working days if the order is approved for a nominal charge of 999rs(Which is refundable if order is not confirmed). As per the request I placed an order by paying Rs 999, Said the confirmation message I will receive on 18/12/2013. As I did not get any confirmation I called to them on 19/12/2013 on their number[protected], the order number is LBM[protected]. I spoke to the rep and told me my request not approved because some of their terms conditions and also said the refund money will be done within 10 Working days. So I called to them 01/01/2014 and 02/01/2014 but no response the phone line is continuosely ringing, no one bother to reply and also today on 06/01/2014, I am calling them from morning 10.00 am, no one is picking the call. Please do the needful

              I have placed my order on 22 Nov.2013 for Samsung s4 mini LBM 5838 and recieved sms of not approved on 3rd Dec 2013.But i did not get money back 999/-. After asking to customer care on 30 Dec, they said that they have refunded the money but I did not get it.Again I called on 1st Jan 2014, they said that today they will return, but I did not not get it too.

                This is against the letsbuymobile.com they advertise to provide you with mobile and laptop without credit card, once you submit the payment you they never contact you back nor they refund the money you pay initially online for amount of Rs. 999. After a couple of days of accepting my payment RS.999, I get a call from letsbuy that the product is not available and could not be arranged. Letsbuy has already ruined my plans. I need my money back to buy from elsewhere ASAP. I urgently need my money back so that I can atleast buy from other vendors. Nobody in Letsbuy is willing to tell me an exact date by which I will get my money refunded...

                            I have ordered an external hard disk on 8 may 2012. And as mentioned i waited for 3-4 days for the shipment of the product. though i checked the status of my product everyday. Now Letsbuy started creating issues :
                            1) As suggested by them i used andro app to check the status of my order. 2nd day i was receiving response as ready to ship while the website was showing that your product is in process to confirm that i called up their CC and they said wait your product will be shipped .
                            2) On 10 may i received a mail from Customer care " We regret to inform you that due to some unavoidable circumstances we won’t be able to process your order number LSB-1040671. We are cancelling this order and you will be notified for the same in the next 24-48 hours."
                            My friends have ordered the same product and they did not received the mail for cancellation rather they received different different mails . I contacted customer care to confirm whats the reason that i have got this mail but still my order status was in process.. they did not clarified my issue and after disconnecting the call i received a mail "As per your request, we have updated your order with order id LSB-1040671."(i never asked them cancel my order) and the status was changed to abondoned/cancelled.
                            But the product was shipped to some on letsbuy customers
                            Day after i received the mail i contacted letsbuy cc. the cc guy said that he will forward this issue to senior management staffs and call back but till today morning i did not received any call so i called back them today morning another cc received the call and said that we have cancelled your order and the same product is in clearance sale you can order again from the same. While i was in call i checked the site and asked her but she disconnected the call.

                            Letsbuy was one of the best e-commerce website . i ordered many products before and i have suggested letsbuy to my friends also.
                            But this was totally disappointing.

                            Different excuses from Letsbuy

                            1) Order cancelled due to unavoidable reason
                            2) Next day friends got the mail that the product will be shipped but due to some unavoidable reason it will be delayed.
                            3) Pricing error if its the pricing error then it shouldbe applicable to all but as mentioned above the product was shipped to some letsbuy customers.

                            4) it was on first come first basis then they should have limted the stock . After having stock first they made some tempting deals then cancelling all orders

                              I was very apprehensive before ordering a 1.5 ton Whirlpool split ac 3 star rated from Letsbuy.com. They are good in all aspects but failed to deliver a good product. They delivered a unit made in Oct 2010, Can you beat that? I've ordered for this on 27Mar 2012 and got it delivered onl 14 Apr 2012, that's all fine but I can't digest this fact after unwrapping the package. The icing on the cake is I've raised this doubt before placing the order about the date of Manufacture. They quietly said that they sell only new ones. (New norms came into force from this year about their A/C ratings and all.)

                              What shall I do now. Should I go to the consumer court? Does the case stand?
                              I can quote all the mails also, the ones in which they replied saying they sell only newly made products.

                              I am facing the same problem. I ordered an Ipod nano on 4 th april 2012. I received the ipod on 9 th of april 2012. When i opened it i was first shocked to see that the packaging looked old and worn out, typical of a product kept on the shelf for too long. Next i checked the manufacturing date and it turned out to be Nov 2010 !!! I have written mails to letsbuy.com along with a photograph of the ipod details, but to no avail.

                              Please guide me too, what should be done now. As i dont event trust them with replacing it ! Plus it is a gift for someone and i am running out of time pretty fast.

I refer one on my friends to buy product from letsbuy because I used this website to buy the products .. but that was big mistake I had done, all the things happen in front of me. from ordering product, dispach & customer services. (Order No 834178, Name of Sapna Surang) we ordered two pen drive .. but when we open parcel there only one pen drive instead two. same time we inform to courier person but he told us you will speak to letsbuy he can't do any thing.. in next 5-10 minutes we told to letsbuy executive .. he told me sir send me scan copy of invoice "we did it as earliest.". he told us give me 48 hours you problem will resolve. no reply from Letsbuy, then again I spoke to them. they told me give 72 hours & I got mail from them send me broken image of pen drive .I think they are blind I clearly stated in my mail .."one pendrive instead two". I am sure customer services executive at letsbuy is fool or they train to act like fool... to cheat there customers. I made 6-7 calls to them but always there resolution time limit will increase. firstly 24hours , them ..48 hours , 72 hours , 7 days . they always give me time to resolve problem ..they feel customer is stupid & fool.. customer will keep calling & mailing them ..I never hear any thing from letsbuy they are still sleeping ....I only request you don't buy any product from such a fraud (Letsbuy) website.

                                  I placed a order through LETSBUY for a Motorola EX119 mobile and was eagarly waiting for it. After i received the mobile i found lot of scrathes on the screen. When i put my Sim and switched on i found 190 contacts on the phone and i was shocked. I brought the issue to their notice but they are not replying for the same. LETSBUY has turned out to be big cheat by selling second hand handsets for first hand price.

                                  I had booked for a laptop on 27-Mar-2012.through "www.letsbuy.com" paying a full amount of Rs 38,700
                                  I am aware of the fact that the take 4-7 working days to deliver a product.
                                  Today is 7-Apr-2012 and even after constant follow-ups with their support team, they neither do respond appropriately nor do they commit on the date of shipment.
                                  I see this as a breach of contract and fraudulent use of funds. Such companies should not be allowed to advertise and must be heavily penalized on ground of forgery and use of funds.They are making a mockery of the Indian Law. I believe they have found a loophole in the laws by which they can utilize the money of customer and at the same time playing with the customer emotions and providing constant harassment. I am also not sure if we should bear with such crooks.

                                    I ordered Motorola Fire XT mobile on 19th Jan 12 through Letsbuy.com. still i'm not received that parcel.

                                    I was raised complaint to Letsbuy.com on 23rd Jan 12 . but still there is no feedback and action from Letsbuy.com.

                                    My complaint reference number is CC[protected]. I called so many times Letsbuy customer care, Everybody is telling "Sir we are in under processing, we sent mail to Blue dart".

                                    From my side, i given Police complaint at local Police station.
                                    Also i checked with my office admin team. There is no parcel in-warded from the Bluedart on 23rd Jan 12. Also i checked Blue dart person with POD copy. When i check POD copy with our security ASO, he said this is not our security sign. Bluedart courier person gave POD xerox copy on 28/01/12. And then i noticed time changes in POD original copy on 02/02/12 (Refer attached proof). why he changed time after police complaint raised?

                                    I dont know, Why Letsbuy not mentioned in courier to deliver parcel to concern person ?

                                    Till-now i'm not getting any support and solution from Letsbuy.com.

                                    Please register complaint for the same and help me to get my mobile or my amount.

                                    Same case with me. I placed one order LSB-809864 on 26.01.2012. The status shows order shipped by blue dart. The tracking no, provided were false and fake. They provided tracking nos. 3 times. The 3rd time the item was shipped from Delhi to Delhi and received by someone named Vishal. Whereas I stay in Orissa. I have called up to them atleast 20 times and written dozen emails but with no avail. Planning to sue them in the court.
