Levi's India — Jeans is bleeding color

I bought a pair of jeans from Levi's, Pacific mall, Tagore garden. I wore it and went out. I found it has started bleeding color and the color has got onto my shoes and other clothes too. I spend money on travelling to go to the store again and even on dry cleaning my jacket and after I complained about all this at the store they gave me a slip and now it has been 13 days, I still didn't get any kind of compensation nor I got refunded. Worst customer care in my experience.
