I purchased a shirt from levis store in visakhapatnam (andhra pradesh). the color of shirt is faded into two colors back side is original color front side color is faded i purchased many clothes in levis this is the first time i had a problem 2years back i purchased a shirt from tommy till the shirt looks very good even i asked the store executive for my problem they told we cannot do anything is this the way they treat the customers is their any solution to my shirt

Updated by prabhu7890 the sales executive after seeing the shirt given an excellent explanation that shirt is not washed properly so the color faded, I simply asked him that after washing u will fold your shirt hands and then you will made it to dry he has no answer from his mouth even the shirt is not brought in offer ... im just asking if we buy products in offer means that we do not have right to ask question or the products which are not in good condition will be given offer
